No. SPP.2822/292/C.R. 44/D-XIV.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of the section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act No.II of 1974), the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints Adv. Shri Shirish Vitthal Parakh as " Special Public Prosecutor " for conducting the R.C.C. No. 884/2021 pending before Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nashik which is arising out of C.R. No. 297/2020 registered Panchwati Police Station, Nashik.

2. His appointment is strictly subject to the conditions of service laid down in the Maharashtra Law Officers (Appointment, Condition of Service and Remuneration) Rules, 1984.

3. Lump sum fees of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thouand Only) as quoted by Adv. Shri Shirish Vitthal Parakh has been already deposited by the applicant Smt. Malati Madhukar Kharde and Shri. Deepak Madhukar Kharde to the Government vide R.B.I. Challan No. 5450, dated 6th October 2022. The amount will be paid to Adv. Shri. Shirish Vitthal Parakh after completion of the case.

4. The Government reserves the right to revoke/modify/annul the order without assigning any reasons.
