The Development Plan of Bhadrawati Town has been already sanctioned by the Urban Development Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai, Government Resolution No. TPS-2211-2224-CR 258-2011-UD-9, Date 09 May, 2012 and the Development Plan is being implemented from 20 June, 2012.
The Municipal Council, Bhadrawati has proposed to make modification in the aforesaid Final Devel- opment Plan vide Resolution No. 15, Dated 21October, 2022 as below–

The plan & reports containing the description of the above minor modification can be seen in the office of the Municipal Council, Bhadrawati during office hours.
Now, pursuance of Section 37(1) of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 hereby notified that any person having any suggestion or objection to proposed modification as detailed above shall com- municate the same in writing to the undersigned within one month from the date on which this notification appears in the official gazette.
The objection and suggestion if any received within the above mentioned period of one month will be considered by the Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Bhadrawati while the submitting the proposed minor modification to the Government for sanction.
