NOTIFICATION
Reference.— (1) Law and Judiciary Department Government Resolution No.FTC- 1419/C.R.4/D-9 dated 04.03.2020.
(2) Law and Judiciary Department Goverment Notification No. FTC- 1419/C.R.4(B)/IX dated 25.08.2021.
(3) Law and Judiciary Department Government Notification of even number dated 25.08.2021.
(4) High Court Letter No. A.5504/2022/1738 dated 06.10.2022.
(5) General Administration Department Government Resolution No. Misc.2715/M.No.100/13 dated 17.12.2016.
No. FTC-1419/C.R.4/IX.—Whereas vide Government notifications referred above at Sr. No. 2 and 3, five (05) retired Judicial Officers were appointed on contractual basis to the temporary posts of District and Additional Sessions Judge [Fast Track Special Court/ Exclusive POCSO Court] at respective stations mentioned against their names in the said notifications for a period of 01 year ;
And whereas, out of the 05 retired Judicial Officers, 02 retired Judicial Officers did not join their respective postings ;
And whereas, Hon'ble High Court vide letter referred above at Sr. No. 4, has recommended to extend the tenure of remaining 03 serving retired Judicial Officers ;
२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग चार-अ, नोव्हेंबर १९, २०२२/कान्त्षक २८, शके १९४४column (2) of the schedule shown below on contractual basis to the temporary posts of District and Additional Sessions Judge at courts mentioned against their names in column (3) of the schedule, for a period of 01 year from the date mentioned against their names in column (4) of the schedule or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

On appointment as District Judge and Additional Sessions Judge, the above retired Judicial Officers shall be entitled to pay and allowances as per the provisions mentioned in the Government Resolution dated 17.12.2016 referred above at Sr. No. 5, provided that the expenditure is within sanctioned budgetary provisions as approved in the Government Resolution dated 04.03.2020 referred above at Sr. No. 1.
