क्रमांक व्हेहीपहीएम २०२२/प्र.क्र.२४९/पंरा.४ (२२).—भारताच्या संदवधानाच्या अनुच्छछेि २४३ च्या खंड (्छ) व म्हेाराष्ट्र ग्ामपंचा्यत अदधदन्यम, (१९५९ चा तहीन) कलम ४ ्या संिभा्झत काढण्यात आलेल्या सव्झ सूचनांचे दकंवा संलेखांचे अदधक्रमण करून तसेच ्याद्ारे प्रिान करण्यात आलेल्या अदधकारांचा आदण अ्हेमिनगर दिल्हेा पररषिेचही स्था्यही सदमतही अस्स्त्वात नसल्याने सद्ा का्य्झभार असलेल्या प्रशासक ्यांच्याशही दवचारदवदनम्य करून, म्हेाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल, ्याद्ारे अ्हेमिनगर दिल्हे्यातहील नगर तालुक्यातहील बाराबाभळही ्या सोबतच्या अनुसूचहीतहील स्तंभ (३) मध्ये दवदनदि्झष्टर् केल्याप्रमाणे म्हेसुलही गावाचा समावेश असलेले स्थादनक क्ेत्र ्हे ज्या दिनांकापासून स्वतंत्र गाव असेल आदण संदवधानाच्या भाग ९ च्या प्र्योिनासाठही अनुसूचहीतहील स्तंभ (२) मध्ये दवदनदि्झष्टर् केल्याप्रमाणे बाराबाभळही, स्वतंत्र गाव ्या नावाने ओळखले िाईल तो दिनांक म्हेणून २३ नाव्हेंबर, २०२२ ्हेा दिवस दवदनदि्झष्टर् करहीत आ्हेत.

NOTIFICATION
Constitution of india.
No. VPM-2022/CR-249/PR-4(22).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of article 243 of the Constitution of India read with section 4 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act ( III of 1959), and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, and in supersession of all the previous notifications or instruments issued in this behalf, and after consultation with the Administrator, discharging the functions of the Standing Committee of the Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar, the Governor of Maharashtra hereby specifies the day of the 23 November, 2022 to be the date from which local area comprising the revenue village Barababhali, in Nagar Tahasil, in Ahmednagar District, specified in column (3) of the Schedule appended herewith shall be the distinct village and shall be known by the name of the village Barababhali, as specified in column (2) thereof, for the purposes of Part IX of the Constitution.
