MAHARASHTRA INDUSTRIAL RELATION ACT, 1946.
No MIR-112022/C.R-88/LAB-2.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of Maharashtra Industrial Relations Act, 1946 (11 of 1947), and with reference to the Notification No. A-3902/2022, dated 14th November 2022 of the Registrar General, High Court Bombay, the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the Judicial Officers shown in Column No. (2) in place of the judicial officers shown in Column No.(3) as Judge, Labour Court shown in Column No.(4) of the schedule appointed here to :—
