(cid:257)याअथ(cid:559), उ(cid:242)त िनयोजन (cid:332)ािधकरण उ(cid:242)त (cid:332)ा(cid:544)प िवकास योजना,िवकास योजना अहवालासह उ(cid:242)त अिधिनयमा(cid:247)या कलम-२६(१) अ(cid:261)वये नाग(cid:555)रकांकड(cid:564)न सूचना/हरकती मागिव(cid:256)यासाठी (cid:332)िस(cid:460) करीत आहे. सदरहू योजने संबंधीचे नकाशे व अहवाल कामकाजा(cid:247)या िदवशी काया(cid:593)लयीन वेळ(cid:578)त नाग(cid:555)रकां(cid:247)या अवलोकनाथ(cid:593), खाली नमूद क(cid:577)ले(cid:269)या काया(cid:593)लयात उपल(cid:264)ध आहेत.

Whereas, by the Government Proclamation, Urban Development Department, No. MCO.2013/ C.R.84/Part-1/UD-14,dated the 1st March 2014, Published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Dated 26th June 2015, issued in pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (1B) of section 341A of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagarpanchayats and Industrial Townships Act,1965(Mah. XL of 1965) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), the Government of Maharashtra has invited objection to its proposal to issue a notification under sub-sections (1), (1A) and (2) of section 341A of the said Act, to specify the local areas of the Village Panchayat Tala in Raigad District, being an area in transition from rural area to an urban area and a Taluka Headquarter, to be transitional area and to constitute a Nagarpanchayat by the name Tala Nagarpanchayat (hereinafter referred to as "the said Planning Authority") for the said transitional area ;

And whereas, the said Planning Authority vide Resolution No.01, date 01/02/2021, has declared its intention to prepare a Draft Development Plan of Tala Nagarpanchayat (hereinafter referred to as the " said Draft Development Plan") for the said area, as per the provision of sections 23(1) read with section 21(2) of the said Act and Notices to that effect is Published in Maharashtra Government Gazette, Part Two-Miscellaneous Notices and Ads on Dt. 3rd February 2021.

And whereas, as per the provision in section 24 of the said Act, Tala Nagarpanchayat vide Order No. 477, Dt. 23rd December 2021 has appointed assistant Director of Town Planning, Raigad-Alibag Branch , Alibag as "Town Planning Officer" to prepare the said Draft Development Plan for the said area;

And whereas ,the Town Planning Officer and Assistant Director, Town Planning, Raigad-Alibag Branch , Alibag has prepared the Existing Land Use Map as per section 25 of said Act; And as per the section 26 (1) of the said Act, Town Planning Officer and Assistant Directors, Town Planning, Raigad-Alibag Branch, Alibag has prepared the said Draft Development Plan of the said area and has handed over to the said Planning Authority for publication under section 26(1) of said Act; And whereas, the said Planning Authority has passed Resolution No. 32, Dated 27/09/2022 to publish the said Draft Development Plan under section 26(1) of the said Act, for inviting suggestion objections from the public ;

Therefore, Tala Nagarpanchayat hereby publishes the said Draft Development Plan along with the Report under section 26(1) of the said Act for inviting suggestions/objections from the public. The copy of the said Draft Development Plan and Report thereof are kept open for inspection of the public at the following offices on all working days during offices hours.

(2) Assistant Director, Town Planning, Raigad-Alibag Branch, Alibag.

The suggestions/objections if any, in writing form the public in this regard with reasons, shall be submitted to the Chief Officer, Tala Nagarpanchayat, Tala within the period of 30 days from the date of publication of this Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette shall only be considered.

The copies of the said Draft Development Plan and particulars shall be available to the public at reasonable price in the office of Tala Nagarpanchayat,Tala.

(cid:257)याअथ(cid:559), उ(cid:242)त कलम ३(क) चे उप कलम (१) मधील अिधकाराचा वापर क(cid:544)न मी, खालील(cid:332)माणे अनुसूचीम(cid:260)ये दश(cid:593)िवलेले (cid:550)े(cid:327) " झोपडप(cid:446)ी पुनव(cid:593)सन (cid:550)े(cid:327) " (cid:266)हणून या(cid:465)ारे घोिषत करीत आहे. सदरचे (cid:550)े(cid:327) बृह(cid:261)मु ंबई िवकास िनयं(cid:327)ण व (cid:332)ो(cid:257)साहन िनयमावली, २०३४ चे िनयमन ३३(१०) अ(cid:261)वये झोपडप(cid:446)ी पुनव(cid:593)सन योजना दाखल कर(cid:256)यास पा(cid:327) आहे.

NOTIFICATION

Whereas, the Slum Rehabilitation Authority has formed Slum Rehabilitation Scheme under the provision of section 3B (3) of Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971 and published in Gazette on 9th April 1998 ;

Whereas, in view of the provision of section 3C (1) of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971 the Chief Executive Officer, Slum Rehabilitation Authority is empowered to declare any area as "Slum Rehabilitation Area".

Therefore, in view of the said provision of section 3C (1) of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971. I, undersigned is hereby declare the area shown in schedule as "Slum Rehabilitation Area". Now the said area is open to submit scheme of slum rehabilitation as per regulation 33 (10) of Development Control and Promotion Regulation, 2034 of Greater Mumbai.
