भारतरीय बंदरे अकधकनयम, १९०८.
क्रमांक एमआयएस ०८१८/प्र.क्र.१५५/बंदरे-२.—भारतीय बंदरे अदिदनयम, १९०८ (१९०८ चा १५) च्या कलम ६ चे पोट-कलम (१) खंड (अ), (ब), (फ) आदि (ग) अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या शक्तींचा आदि त्याबाबतीत शासनास समर्ग करिाऱ्या इतर स्व्ग अदिकारांचा ्वापर करून शासन याव्दारे महाराष्ट्र लहान बंदरे (नौ्वहन माग्ग परररक्षि) दनयम, २००७ मध्ये सुिारिा करण्यासाठी अदिदनयमाच्या कलम ६ चे पोट-कलम (२) चे तरतुदीनुसार या दनयमाने बादित होऊ शकतील अशा स्व्ग व्यक्तींसाठी अशी सूचना देत आहे की, खालील मसुदा महाराष्ट्र शासन ददनांक २८ दडसेंबर २०२२ रोजी दकं्वा त्यानंतर द्वचारात घेईल.
२. उपरोक्त तारखेच्या आत मुख्य काय्गकारी अदिकारी, महाराष्ट्र मेरीटाईम बोड्ड, इंदडयन मक्कन्टाईल चेंबर, दुसरा मजला, १४ ंबई ४०० ००१ यांचेकडे कोित्याही व्यक्तीकडून सदर मसुद्ा्वर प्राप्त झालेले आक्षेप ्व सूचना रामजी भाई कमानी माग्ग, बेलाड्ड दपअर, मु महाराष्ट्र शासन द्वचारात घेईल.
प्ारुप कनयम
१. या दनयमांना महाराष्ट्र लहान बंदरे (नौ्वहन माग्ग परररक्षि) (सुिारिा) दनयम, २०२२ असे संबोिण्यात या्वे.
२. महाराष्ट्र लहान बंदरे (नौ्वहन माग्ग परररक्षि) दनयम, २००७ ला जोडलेल्या अनुसूचीमिील अ. क्र. २, स्तंभ (३) मध्ये "अक्षांश १८० १५'.०० उत्तर, रेखांश ७३० ०१'.०६ पू्व्ग" या शब्दाऐ्वजी "अक्षांश १८० १५' ०२'' उत्तर, रेखांश ७३० ०१' ३०'' पू्व्ग अशी तरतूद समाद्वष्टट करण्यात येत आहे.

NOTIFICATION
IndIan Ports act, 1908.
No. MIS 0818/C.R.155/Port-2.—The following draft of rules further to amend the Maharashtra Minor Ports Navigational (Maintenance of navigation Channels) Amendment Rules, 2007, which the Government of Maharashtra proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (a), (b), (f) and (g) of sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Indian Ports Act, 1908 (15 of 1908) of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, is hereby published as required by sub-section (2) of the said section 6 for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby; and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration by the Government of Maharashtra on or after dated the 28th December 2022.
2. Any objections or suggestions which may be received by the Chief Executive Officer, Maharashtra Maritime Board, Indian Mercantile Chambers, 2nd Floor, 14 Ramjibhai Kamani Marg, Ballard Estate, Mumbai 400 001, from any person with respect to the said draft before the aforesaid date will be considered by the Government.
DRAFT RULES
1. These rules may be called the Maharashtra Minor Ports (Maintenance of Navigational Channels) (Amendment) Rules, 2022.
2. In the Schedule appended to the Maharashtra Minor Ports (Maintenance of Navigational Channels) (Ammendment) Rules, 2007, and 9th May 2007 in entry 2, in column (3), for the words, figures and letters "along the centre line to position Lat. 18° 15'. 00 N, Long. 73° 01'.06 E the words, figures and letters " along the centre line to position Latitude 18° 15' 02'' N, Longitude 73° 01' 30'' E, shall be substituted.
