Publication of Draft Development Plan (Second Revision) of Anjangaon Surji Under Section 26(1) of
Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.
NOTICE
No. -3168-2022.—
Whereas, the Anjangaon Surji Municipal Council (hereinafter referred to as "the said Planning Authority.") vide Resolution No. 93, dated 24th June 2021, had declared its intention to prepare a Draft Development Plan ( Second Revision) of Anjangaon Surji City (hereinafter referred to as the "said Draft Development Plan") for the area under its jurisdiction, (hereinafter referred to as the "said area") as per the provision of Section 23(1) read with Section 21(2) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as the "said Act") and notice to that effect is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette July 22 to 28, 2021 (Thursday to Wednesday), Year 7, 22 Publication.
And whereas, as per the provision in Section 24 of the Said Act, the Municipal Council, Anjangaon Surji by vide No.-pwd-2122-2021, dated 18th August 2021 has appointed Assistant Director, Town Planning And Valuation Depart- ment, Amravati Branch as "Town Planning Officer" to prepare the said Draft Development Plan for the said area.
And whereas, the Town Planning Officer and Assistant Director, Town Planning And Valuation Department, Amravati Branch after having prepared Existing Land Use Map as per Section 25 of the said Act, has prepared the said Draft Development Plan (Second Revision) of the said area and has handed it over to the said Planning Authority on 17th November 2022 for publication under Section 26(1) of the said Act. And whereas, the Administrator of said Municipal Council, Anjangaon Surji has passed Special Meetting Resolution No. 113, dated 25th November 2022 to publish the said Draft Development Plan (First Revision) under Section 26(1) of the said Act, for inviting suggestions/objections from the public.
Therefore, Municipal Council, Anjangaon Surji hereby publishes the said Draft Development Plan (Second Revi- sion) along with the Report under Section 26(1) of the said Act for inviting suggestions/objections from the public. The copy of the said Draft Development Plan and Report thereof are kept open for inspection of the public at the following offices on all working days during office hours.
1. Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Anjangaon Surji.
2. Assistant Director, Town Planning And Valuation Department, Amravati Branch.
The suggestions/objections if any. in writing from the public in this regard with reasons, shall be submitted to the Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Anjangaon Surji, within the period of 30 days from the date of publication of the Notice in Maharashtra Govt. Gazette. Suggestions/objections received by the Municipal Council, Anjangaon Surji within the period of the 30 days from the date of publication of this Notice in Government Gazette shall only be considered.
The copies of the said Draft Development Part shall be available to the public at reasonable price in the office of the Municipal Council.
