क्रमांक ममेबो ०८१७/प्र.क्र.१६३/बंदरे-२.—महाराष्ट्र सेागरी मंडळ अदिदनयम, १९९६ (१९९७ चा महा. १५) याच्या कलम १८ ची पोट-कलमे (२) व (३) आदि कलम १११ तसेच कलम १०८ चे खंड (२) व (३३) यांद्ारे, प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अदिकारांचा आदि याबाबतीत सेमर्थ करिाऱ्या इतर सेव्थ अदिकारांचा वापर करून, तसेच यासेंदभा्थत करण्यात आलेले व राज्यांमध्ये दकंवा त्याच्या कोित्याही भागामध्ये अंमलात असेलेले दवद्यमान सेव्थ दनयम, आदेश वा सेंलेख यांचे अदिक्रमि करून महाराष्ट्र शासेन, याद्ारे, उक्त अदिदनयमाच्या कलम ३ अन्वये स्र्ापन करण्यात आलेल्या महाराष्ट्र सेागरी मंडळामिील शाखा अदभयंता गट-ब, या पदावरील सेवाप्रवेशाचे दवदनयमन करिारे, उक्त अदिदनयमाखाली करण्यात येिारे पदहले दवदनयम असेलेले पुढील दवदनयम करीत आहे :—

१. या दवदनयमांना शाखा अदभयंता, महाराष्ट्र सेागरी मंडळ, गट-ब (सेवाप्रवेश) दवदनयम,२०२२, असे म्हिावे.

२. या दवदनयमांमध्ये, सेंदभा्थनुसेार दुसेरा अर्थ अपेदषित नसेल तर, -

(क) "पदवी" याचा अर्थ, सेांदवदिक दवद्यापीठाची पदवी, असेा आहे ;

(ख) "पददवका" याचा अर्थ, मान्यतापाप्त सेंस्र्ेची पददवका, असेा आहे ;

(ग) "शासेन" याचा अर्थ, महाराष्ट्र शासेन, असेा आहे ;

(घ) "महाराष्ट्र सेागरी मंडळ" याचा अर्थ, महाराष्ट्र सेागरी मंडळ अदिदनयम, १९९६ (१९९७ चा महा.१५) याच्या कलम ३ अन्वये स्र्ापन केलेले महाराष्ट्र सेागरी मंडळ, असेा आहे ;

(ड) "मान्यताप्राप्त सेंस्र्ा" याचा अर्थ, शासेनाने मान्यता ददलेली सेंस्र्ा, असेा आहे.

भाग चार-अ-२३३–१२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग चार-अ, डिसेंबर २, २०२२/अग्रहायण ११, शके १९४४ ३. महाराष्ट्र सेागरी मंडळामिील शाखा अदभयंता, गट-ब, या पदावरील दनयुक्ती ही, जे उमेदवार,—

(एक) ३८ वर्ांपेषिा अदिक वयाचे नाहीत:

परंतु, शासेकीय सेवेत काम करिाऱ्या उमेदवारांच्या बाबतीत दकंवा मागासेवगा्थतील उमेदवारांच्या बाबतीत वयोमया्थदा ५ वर्ांनी दशदर्ल करता येईल ;

(दोन) सेागरी अदभयांदत्की वग्थ-दोन (एम.इ.ओ.(वग्थ-दोन)) दकंवा पदवी दकंवा यंत् अदभयांदत्की सेमतुल्य पददवका यांसेह कोित्याही व्यवसेाय सेंस्र्ेमध्ये पाच वर्ांचा अनुभव असेलेले आहेत, अशा उमेदवारांमिून नामदनददेशनाने करण्यात येईल.

४. नामदनददेशनाने या पदावर दनयुक्त केलेली व्यक्ती दोन वर्ांच्या कालाविीकररता पररवीषिािीन असे ेल. पररवीषिा कालाविी जास्तीत जास्त एक वर्ा्थपयांत वाढदवता येईल. जर त्याने/दतने दवदहत कालाविीच्या दकंवा वाढवलेल्या कालाविीच्या आत पररवीषिा यशस्वीरीत्या पूि्थ केला नाही ; अर्वा तो/ती दवदहत परीषिा उत्ीि्थ झालेली नाही वा त्या परीषिा उत्ीि्थ होण्यातून त्याने/दतने सेूट दमळवलेली नाही; अर्वा त्या पदाकररता तो/ ती पात् नसेल्याचे आढळून आले तर, पूव्थसेूचनेदशवाय त्याची/दतची सेवा सेमाप्त केली जाण्यासे तो/ती पात् असेल.

५. नामदनददेशनाने या पदावर दनयुक्त केलेली व्यक्ती मराठी व दहंदी भार्ा परीषिा अगोदरच उत्ीि्थ झाले नसेल अर्वा त्या परीषिा उत्ीि्थ होण्यातून त्याला/दतला सेूट दमळालेली नसेल तर, त्या सेंदभा्थत करण्यात आलेल्या दनयमांनुसेार त्या परीषिा त्याने/दतने उत्ीि्थ होिे आवश्यक असेल.

६. या पदावर दनयुक्त केलेली व्यक्ती, मादहती तंत्ज्ान सेंचालनालय, महाराष्ट्र शासेन यांनी वेळोवेळी दवदहत केलेले सेंगिक हाताळिी बाबतचे प्रमािपत् िारि करील.

NOTIFICATION

Maharashtra MaritiMe Board act, 1996.

No. MMB/0817/C.R.163/PRT-2.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (2) and (33) of section 108 read with sub – sections (2) and (3) of sections 18 and section 111 of the Maharashtra Maritime Board Act, 1996 ( Mah.XV of 1997), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in supersession of all the existing rules, orders or instruments made in this behalf and in force in the State or any part thereof, the Government of Maharashtra, hereby makes the following regulations being the first regulations made under the said Act, regulating recruitment to the post of Section Engineer, Group-B, in the Maharashtra Maritime Board established under section 3 of the said Act, namely :—

1. These regulations may be called the Section Engineer, Maharashtra Maritime Board, Group-B (Recruitment ) Regulations, 2022.

2. In these regulations, unless the context requires otherwise.—

(a) "Degree" means a degree of a statutory university ;

(b) "Diploma" means a diploma of a recognized Institution ;

(c) "Government" means the Government of Maharashtra ;

(d) "Maharashtra Maritime Board" means the Maharashtra Maritime Board, established under section 3 of the Maharashtra Maritime Board Act, 1996 ( Mah. XV of 1997) ;

(e) " Recognized Institution" means an institution recognized by the Government. 3. Appointment to the post of Section Engineer, Group-B, in the Maharashtra Maritime Board shall be made by nomination from amongst the candidates who,-

(i) is not more than thirty-eight years age :

Provided that, the upper age limit may be relaxed upto five years in case of candidates working in the Government service or in case of candidate belonging to Backward Class ;

(ii) possess a Marine Engineer Class-II (MEO(CLASS-II)) or Degree or an equivalent diploma in Mechanical Engineering with of experience of five years in any shipping establishment.

4. A person appointed to the post shall be on probation for a period of two years. Probation period may be extended maximum upto one year only. if he does not complete the probation successfully within the prescribed period or extended period; or does not pass or obtain exemption from passing the prescribed examination; or is not found suitable for the post, he shall be liable for termination from the service without prior notice.

Marathi according to the rules made in that behalf, unless he has already passed, or has been exempted from passing those examinations.

6. A person appointed to the post shall possess a certificate in Computer Operation as prescribed by the Directorate of Information Technology, Government of Maharashtra, from time to time.
