हज सडमतरी अडधडनयम, २००२.
क्र. हज-२०२०/प्र.क्र.६९/का-५.—ज्याअर्थी महाराष्ट्र शासेनाने केंद्रीय हज सेदमतरी अदिदनयम, २००२ (२००२ चा ३५ वा) मिरील कलम १८ अन्वये प्राप्त शक्तींचा वापर करून शासेन अदिसेूचना, सेामान्य प्रशासेन दवभाग, क्र. हज-२००२/९२१/प्र.क्र.१५७/२००२/३५, ददनांक १३ माच्च २००३ अन्वये (यापुढे "उक्त अदिसेूचना" म्हणून सेंददभ्चत) महाराष्ट्र राज्य हज सेदमतरीचरी स्र्ापना करून सेदर सेदमतरीवर सेोळा सेदस्यांचरी दनयुक्तरी केलरी होतरी ;
आदण ज्याअर्थी उक्त सेदमतरीवररील सेदस्यांचा काय्चकाळ सेमाप्त झाला, वेळोवेळरी प्रदसेद्ध करण्यात आलेल्या अदिसेूचनेद्ारे सेदस्यांचरी दनयुक्तरी करून उक्त सेदमतरीचरी पुन्चरचना करण्यात आलेलरी आहे ;
आदण ज्याअर्थी उक्त सेदमतरीवररील काहरी सेदस्यांना महाराष्ट्र शासेनाने, अल्पसेंख्याक दवकासे दवभाग, अदिसेूचना क्र. हज २०२०/ प्र.क्र.६४/का.५, ददनांक १० जून,२०२० अन्वये काढून टाकले होते;
आदण ज्याअर्थी महाराष्ट्र शासेन सेाव्चजदनक प्रशासेन, दवत्त, दशक्षण, सेांस्ककृदतक दकंवा सेामादजक काय्च या क्षेत्ात काम करणाऱ्या मुस्स्लम स्वयंसेवरी सेंस्र्ांचे प्रदतदनिरीत्व करणाऱ्या सेदस्यांना उक्त सेदमतरीच्या ररक्त पदावर नामदनददेशन करणे दहतावह सेमजते.
त्याअर्थी, केंद्रीय हज सेदमतरी अदिदनयम, २००२ (२००२ चा ३५ वा) मिरील कलम १८ तसेच कलम १९,२० आदण २२ अन्वये प्राप्त शक्तींचा वापर करून, आदण या अनुषंगाने त्यासे सेक्षम करणाऱ्या इतर सेव्च अदिकारांचा वापर करून, महाराष्ट्र शासेन याद्ारे शासन राजपत्रात हरी अदिसेूचना प्रदसेद्ध झाल्यापासेून तरीन वषांच्या कालाविरीसेाठरी या सेदमतरीवर सेाव्चजदनक प्रशासेन, दवत्त, दशक्षण, सेंस्ककृतरी
(१)
भाग चार-अ-२४८–१२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग चार-अ, डिसेंबर १९, २०२२/अग्रहायण २८, शके १९४४ दकंवा सेामादजक काय्च या क्षेत्ात काम करणाऱ्या मुस्स्लम स्वयंसेवरी सेंस्र्ांचे प्रदतदनदित्व करणाऱ्या खालरील सेदस्यांना या सेदमतरीवर नामदनददेदशत करते, आदण त्या अदिसेूचनेत खालरीलप्रमाणे सेुिारणा करते :—
उक्त अदिसेूचनेत,—
(अ) पररच्छेद (iv) मिरील नोंद क्रमांक (१०) ते (१३) च्या जागरी खालरीलप्रमाणे नोंद घेण्यात येत आहे :—
" (१) श्री. इरफान इस्माईल शेख, २०३/२०४ श्रीदनवासे अपाट्टमेंट, रोड नं.२२, बदर मस्जरीदजवळ, सेावरकर नगर, ठाणे.
(२) हाजरी शेख दफरोजलाला शेख चुन्नुदमयॉ तांबोलरी, दगतांजलरी कॉलनरी, औरंगाबाद रोड,जालना.
(३) श्री. सेलरीम महंमदनुर बागवान, टेकाले वस्तरी, जामखेड, ता. जामखेड, दज. अहमदनगर.
(४) मो. एजाज मोदहयुद्रीन मो. वदहदुद्रीन देशमुख, महाताब मंझरील,मस्स्जद अक्सेाजवळ, नवरीन शहरीनशा नगर, बाशथी ,बरीड, महाराष्ट्र.".
(ब) पररच्छेद (v) आदण (vi) मध्ये खालरीलप्रमाणे नोंद घेण्यात येत आहे :—
" (v) महाराष्ट्र राज्य वक्फ मंडळाचरी अध्यक्ष पदस्र् व्यक्तरी ;
(vi) महाराष्ट्र राज्य हज सेदमतरीचे काय्चकाररी अदिकाररी. ".

NOTIFICATION
Haj Committee aCt, 2002.
No. Haj 2020/C.R.69/Desk-5.—Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Haj Committee Act, 2002 (35 of 2002), constituted Maharashtra State Haj Committee vide Government Notification, General Administration Department, No. Haj-2002/921/C.R.157/2002/35, dated the 13th March 2003 (hereinafter referred to as "the said notification") and thereby appointed sixteen members of the said Committee ;
And whereas, the term of office of the members of the said Committee was expired then the said Committee was reconstituted by nominating the members to the said Committee by issuing notifications to that effect, from time to time ;
And whereas, Government of Maharashtra vide Government Notification, Minorities Development Department, No. Haj-2020/C.R.64/De-5, dated the 10th June 2020, had removed some of the nominated members of the said Committee ;
And whereas, Government of Maharashtra considers it expedient to nominate the members representing Muslim Voluntary Organizations working in the fields of public administration, finance, education, culture or social work on vacant post of the said Committee.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 read with sections 19, 20 and 22 of the Haj Committee Act, 2002 (35 of 2002), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby nominates the following members representing Muslim Voluntary Organizations working in the fields of public administration, finance, education, culture or social work on the said Committee on the said Committee for a period of three years from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette and amends the said notification, as follows, namely :—
In the said notification,—
(a) in paragraph (iv), for entries (10) to (13), the following shall be substituted, namely :—
"(10) Shri Irfan Ismail Shaikh, 203/204 Srinivas Apartment, Road No.22, Near Badr Masjid, Savarkar Nagar, Thane.
(11) Haji Shaikh Firozalala Shaikh Chunnumiya Tamboli, Gitanjali Colony, Aurangabad Road, Jalna.
(12) Shri Salim Mahamdnur Bagwan, Tekale Vasti, Jamkhed, Tt. Jamkhed, District Ahmednagar.
(13) Md. Eijaz Mohiuddin Md. Wahiduddin Deshmukh, Mahatab Manzil, Near Aqsa Masjid, New Shaheensha Nagar, Barshi, Dist Beed, Maharashtra .".
(b) for paragraph (v) and (vi) following paragraph shall be substituted; namely :—
"(v) (15) Chairperson, Maharashtra State Board of Wakfs ;
(vi) (16) Executive Officer, Maharashtra State Haj Committee.".
