Maharashtra Co-operative soCieties aCt,1960.
No. Aprada-1218/ C.R.181/13C.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 (Mah. XXIV of 1961) and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby,–
(a) appoints the officer who is deputed on the Mumbai Shahar Nagri Sahakari Patsanstha Federation Maryadit, Mumbai as a Assistant Registrar ; and
(b) confers on him the powers of the Registrar specified in section 101 of the said Act and such officer shall have jurisdiction for the Mumbai for grant of certificate under that section regarding recovery of dues of the said Federation and its members thereof.
