ज्याअर्थी, शासनाचे उद्ोग, ऊर्ाजा व कामगार धवभागाची अधिसूचना क्र.म.औ.िो.-१९१६/प्.क्र.२२१/उद्ोग-२, धदनांक १४ फेब्रुवारी २०१८ अन्वये महाराष्ट्ाचे लॉधर्स्टटिक पाक्क (Logistics Park) िोरण-२०१८ र्ाहीर करणेत आले. (यापरुढे "उक्त िोरण"असे नमूद केले आहे.);
आधण ज्याअर्थी, उक्त िोरणानरुसार राज्यात एकास्ममक लॉधर्स्टटिक पाक्क च्या धवकसनासाठी महाराष्ट् औद्ोधगक धवकास महामंडळ हे धवशेष धनयोर्न प्ाधिकरण म्हणून घोधषत केले आहे ;
आधण ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट् औद्ोधगक धवकास अधिधनयम, १९६१ चे कलम ४३ (१-ब) नरुसार, राज्य शासनाच्या सवजा सािारण धकंवा धवधनधदजाष्टि धनदेशांच्या अिीन राहून, महामंडळास कोण्मयाही औद्ोधगक क्ेत्ाला राजपत्रातील अधिसूचनेद्ारे 'एकास्ममक औद्ोधगक क्ेत्' म्हणून अधिसूधचत करता येईल व सदर अधिसूचनेद्ारे एकास्ममक औद्ोधगक क्ेत्ाकररता महाराष्ट् प्ादेधशक व नगररचना अधिधनयम, १९६६ च्या तरतरुदीनरुसार मऔधवम धवशेष धनयोर्न प्ाधिकरण असेल ;
आधण ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट् शासनाने उद्ोग, ऊर्ाजा व कामगार धवभागाने ्मयांची अधिसूचना क्र. आय.डी.सी. २०२२/ सी.आर. २४७/ उद्ोग-१४, धद. २८ र्ून २०२२ मौ. आमने, ता. धभवंडी, धर्. ठाणे येर्ील ७.२९४७ हे.आर क्ेत् महाराष्ट् औद्ोधगक धवकास अधिधनयम, १९६१ चे कलम २ (खंड-ग) अन्वये 'औद्ोधगक क्ेत्' म्हणून र्ाहीर केले आहे ;
आधण ज्याअर्थी, राज्य शासनाने कमीतकमी ५ एकर (२ हेक्टिर) र्धमनीवर व धकमान १५ मी. रुंदीचा पोहोच र्टता असलेल्या क्ेत्ावर एकास्ममक लॉधर्स्टटिक पाक्क धवकधसत करण्याचा धनणजाय घेतला आहे. नगर धवकास धवभाग, महाराष्ट् शासन अधिसूचना

आधण ज्याअर्थी, मे. मेरीमेंटि प्ॉपरटिीस प्ा.धल. ह्ांनी महाराष्ट् औद्ोधगक धवकास महामंडळाकडे सदरील क्ेत्ाचा प्ारुप धवकास आराखडा एकास्ममक लॉधर्स्टटिक पाक्कच्या धवकसनासाठी मंर्रुरी्टतव सादर केला आहे ;
आधण ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट् प्ादेधशक व नगररचना अधिधनयम, १९६६ कलम ११५ सह कलम ४० (३) (ड) अन्वये उक्त क्ेत्ाचा प्ारुप धवकास आराखडा मंर्ूर करण्याआिी नागररकांकडून सूचना / हरकती मागधवण्याकररता नोटिीस प्धसद्ध करणे आवश्यक आहे.
्मयाअर्थी, महाराष्ट् औद्ोधगक धवकास महामंडळ उक्त प्ारुप धवकास आराखड्ाची नोटिीस म.प्ा.व न.र. अधिधनयमाचे कलम ११५ सह कलम ४० (३) (ड) अन्वये नागररकांकडून सूचना / हरकती मागधवण्याकररता महाराष्ट् शासनाच्या राजपत्रात प्धसद्ध करीत आहे. उक्त नोटिीसीची प्त व एकास्ममक लॉधर्स्टटिक पाक्कचा प्ारुप धवकास आराखडा हा या नोटिीसचा भाग समर्ण्यात यावा. सदरील नोटिीस ही महाराष्ट् औद्ोधगक धवकास महामंडळाच्या www.midcindia.org या संकेत ्टर्ळावर उपलब्ि राहील. तसेच धनयोर्न प्टताव दशजाधवणारा प्ारुप धवकास आराखडा नागररकांच्या अवलोकनार्जा महाराष्ट् औद्ोधगक धवकास महामंडळाच्या खालील कायाजालयामध्ये कायाजालयीन वेळेत पाहण्यासाठी उपलब्ि राहील.

उक्त प्ारुप धवकास आराखड्ासंबंिी नागररकांच्या काही सूचना / हरकती असल्यास ्मयांनी ही नोटिीस महाराष्ट् शासनाच्या राजपत्रात प्धसद्ध झाल्याच्या धदनांकापासून ३० धदवसांच्या आत मरुख्य धनयोर्क, मऔधवम यांच्या कायाजालयात खालील धठकाणी लेखी ्टवरुपात पाठवाव्यात. मरुख्य धनयोर्क, महाराष्ट् औद्ोधगक धवकास महामंडळ, उद्ोग सारर्ी, महाकाली गरु ंफा मागजा, मरोळ औद्ोधगक वसाहत, अंिेरी (पूवजा), मरु ंबई ४०० ०९३.
धवधहत मरुदतीत आलेल्या हरकती / सूचनांचा धवचार करून शासन मान्यतेसाठी सादर करण्यात येईल. धवधहत मरुदतीनंतर प्ाप्त होणाऱ्या हरकती / सूचनांचा धवचार केला र्ाणार नाही.

NOTICE
[u/s 115 read with sec. 40 (3) (d) of MR and TP Act]

Maharashtra INDustrIaL DEvELoPMENt aCt, 1961.
Whereas, Maharashtra Logistic Park Policy, 2018 has been published by Government in Industries, Energy and Labour Department vide its Notification No. म.औ.िो. – १९१६/प्. क्र. २२१ उद्ोग – २/ धदनांक १४ फेब्रुवारी २०१८ (Herein referred as "the said Policy") ;
And whereas, as per said policy, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) is declared as the Special Planning Authority for the development of Integrated Logistics Parks across the State;
And whereas, as per section 43 (1B) of Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961. That subject to the general or specific directions of the State Government, the Corporation may by notification in the Official Gazette, notify any industrial area as the 'Integrated Industrial Area' and upon such notification, the Corporation shall become the Special Planning Authority for such 'Integrated Industrial Area' under the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 ;
And whereas, vide its, Notification No. IDC-2020-2022/CR 247/Ind-14, dated 28th June, 2022 of Industries, Energy & Labour Department, Government of Maharashtra declared- 7.2947 Ha. area of Village Amane, Taluka Bhiwandi, District Thane to be an 'Industrial Area' under clause (g) of section 2 of Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 ;
And whereas, Government of Maharashtra has decided to implement the scheme of developing Integrated Logistic Parks on the land admeasuring at least 5 Acres (2Ha) and having minimum 15 MTR wide access, in accordance with the regulation No.18.5 (A) in revised development control regulations of MIDC approved as per Urban Development, GoM notification No.TPS-1818/UOR/13/ CR-105/18/UD-13, Dated 13/06/2018 ;
And whereas, M/s. Merriment Properties Pvt. Ltd., made an application requesting Maharashtra Industrial Developing Corporation to approve their Proposed Draft Master Plan of notified Integrated Industrial area (Logistic Park) in Village Amane, Taluka Bhiwandi, District Thane ;
And whereas, as provided in Section 115 of the Maharashtra Regional Town Planning Act, 1996, as modified u/s 40(3)(d) it is necessary to publish the Draft Master Plan for inviting suggestions and objections from the citizens.
Therefore, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation hereby publishes Notice u/s 115 read with 40 (3)(d) of the MR and TP Act in Government Gazette for Draft Master Plan for inviting suggestions/objections from citizen. The copy of this notice and proposed Draft Master Plan of notified Integrated Industrial area (Logistic Park) shall form part of this notice. The notice is made available on the Website of MIDC i.e www.midcindia.org. The proposed Draft Master Plan of the Notified Integrated Industrial area (Logistic Park) is kept open for citizen's inspection during office hours at the following office:
