PUBLICATION OF DRAFT DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF RALEGAON UNDER SECTION 26(1) OF MAHARASHTRA REGIONAL AND
TOWN PLANNING ACT, 1966
NOTICE
No. DP Ralegaon Boundry-Section-26(1)-2615-2022.—
Whereas, the Ralegaon Nagar Panchayat (hereinafter referred to as " the said Planning Authority ") vide Resolution No. 04, dated 09th April 2018 had declared its intention to prepare a Draft Development Plan of Ralegaon (hereinafter referred to as the said " area ") as per the provision of Section 23 (1) and Section 21(2) of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as the " said Act ") and notice to that effect is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette Amravati Division, Supplement Part-1A, on 21-27 June 2018.
And whereas, as per the provision in Section 24 of the said Act, the Nagar Panchayat vide Order No. 530, Dated 11th January 2019. Has appointed Assistant Director, Town Planning, Yavatmal Branch, Yavatmal as " Town Planning Officer " to prepare the said Draft Development Plan for the said area.
द्धन्रु]क्ष् रू न् ॅ-+ +द्धन्म््र ह्यम््र ान्म््र, ह्यरूदन् २९, २०२२-म्न््र ४, २०२३/रु ८-१४, ॅ १९४४ ३And whereas, the Town Planning Officer and Assistant Director, Town Planning, Yavatmal Branch after having prepared Existing Land Use Map as per Section 25 of the said Act, has prepared the said Draft Development Plan of the said area and has handed it over to the said Planning Authority on for publication under Section 26(1) of the said Act. And whereas, the said Planning Authority has passed Resolution No.01, dated 13th December 2022 to publish the said Draft Development Plan under Section 26(1) of the said Act, for inviting suggestions/objections from the public.
Therefore, Ralegaon Nagar Panchayat hereby publishes the said Draft Development Plan along with the Report under Section 26(1) of the said Act for inviting suggestions/objections from the public. The copy of the said Draft Development Plan and Report thereof are kept open for inspection at the public at the following offices on all working days during office hours.
1. The Chief Officer Ralegaon Nagar Panchayat, Ralegaon.
2. Assistant Director, Town Planning, Yavatmal Branch, Yavatmal.
The suggestions/objections if any, in writing from the public in this regard with reasons, shall be submitted to the Chief Officer, Ralegoan Nagar Panchyat within the period of 30 days from the date of publication of the Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette. Suggestions/objections received by the Nagar Panchyat/Nagar Panchayat within the period of the 30 days from the date of publication of this Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette shall only be considered.
The copies of the said Draft Development Plan and particulars shall be available to the public at reasonable price in the office of the Ralegaon Nagar Panchayat.
