Publication of Draft Development Plan of Malkapur Under section 26(1) of Maharashtra
NOTICE
No. MNP-N.V.-4798-2022.—
Whereas, the Malkapur Municipal Council, (here in after referred to as "the said Planning Authority") vide Resolution No.14, Dated 29th July 2020, had declared its intention to prepare a Draft. Development of Malkapur (here in after referred to as the "said Draft Development Plan") for the area under its jurisdiction, (herein after referred to as the said "area") as per the provision of Section 23(1), 38 read with Section 21 (2) of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as the "said Act") and notice to the effect is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette, Amravati Division, Supplement Part-1(A) on 3-9 June 2021.
And whereas, as per the provision in Section 24 of the said Act, the Malkapur Municipal Council vide Order No. 1797/2021 Dt. 23 August 2021 has appointed Assistant Director, Town Planning, Buldana Branch as "Town Planning Officer" to prepare the said Draft Development Plan for the said area;
And whereas, the Town Planning Officer & Assistant Director, Town Planning, Buldana Branch after having prepared Existing Land Use Map as per Section 25 of the said Act, has prepared the said Draft Development Plan of the said area and has handed it over to the said Planning Authority for publication under Section 26(1) of the said Act;
And whereas, the said Planning Authority has passed Resolution No. 1, dated 06th December 2022 to publish the said Draft Development Plan under Section 26(1) of the said Act, for inviting suggestions/ objections from the public;
Therefore, Malkapur Municipal Council hereby publishes the said Draft Development Plan along with the Report under Section 26(1) of the said Act of inviting suggestions/objections from the public. The copy of the said Draft Development Plan and Report thereof are kept open for inspection of the public at theद्धन्रु]क्ष् रू न् +रून् ॅ-+ +द्धन्म््र ह्यम््र ान्म््र, म्न््र २, २०२३/रु १२, ॅ १९४४ ३ following offices on all working days during office hours.
(1) The Chief Officer, Malkapur Municipal Council, Dist. Buldana.
(2) Assistant Director of Town Planning, Town Planning Department, Buldana.
The suggestions/objections if any, in writing from the public in this regard with reasons, shall be submitted to the Chief Officer, Malkapur Municipal Council, within the period of 30 days from the date of publication of the Notice in Maharashtra Govt. Gazette. Suggestions/objections received by the Municipal Council within the period of the 30 days from the date of publication of this Notice in Maharashtra Govern- ment Gazette shall only be considered.
The copies of the said Draft Development Plan and particulars shall be available to the public at reasonable price in the office of the Malkapur Municipal Council.
