भरारतराचे संविरान.
क्रमांक व्हीपीएम-२०२२/प्र.क्र.२२२/पंरा.४ (२२).— भारताच्या संदवधानाच्या अनुच्छछेि २४३ च्या खंड (्छ) व म्हाराष्ट्र ग्ामपंचा्यत अदधदन्यम, (१९५९ चा तीन) कलम ४ ्याद्ारे प्रिान करण्यात आलेल्या अदधकारांचा आदि ्यासंिभा्झत समथ्झ करिाऱ्या इतर सव्झ अदधकारांचा वापर करून आदि ्यासंिभा्झत काढण्यात आलेल्या पुववीच्या सव्झ अदधसूचनांचे दकंवा संलेखांचे अदधक्रमि करून तसेच अ्हमिनगर दजल्हा पररषिेची स्था्यी सदमती अस्स्त्वात नसल्याने सद्ा का्य्झभार असलेल्या प्रशासक, अ्हमिनगर दजल्ह्ातील अकोले तालुक्यातील ग्ामपंचा्यत आदि ग्ामसभा गि्झिी ्यांच्याशी दवचारदवदनम्य करून, म्हाराष्ट्राचे राज्यपाल, ्याद्ारे अ्हमिनगर दजल्ह्ातील अकोले तालुक्यातील गि्झिी, खानापूर व आगर सोबतच्या अनुसूचीतील स्तंभ (३) मध्ये दवदनदि्झष्टर् केल्याप्रमािे म्हसुली गाव दकंवा म्हसुली गावाच्या गर्ाचा समावेश असलेले स्थादनक क्ेत्र ्हे ज्या दिनांकापासून स्वतंत्र गाव असेल आदि संदवधानाच्या भाग ९ च्या प्र्योजनासाठी अनुसूचीतील स्तंभ (२) मध्ये दवदनदि्झष्टर् केल्याप्रमािे गि्झिी आदि खानापूर ्या नावाने ओळखले जातील तो दिनांक म्हिून १० जानेवारी, २०२३ ्हा दिवस दवदनदि्झष्टर् करीत आ्हेत.

Constitution of india.
No.VPM-2022/CR-222/PR-4(22).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of article 243 of the Constitution of India, read with section 4 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act (III of 1959), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in supersession of all the previous notifications or instruments issued in that behalf, and after consultation with the Administrator, discharging the functions of the Standing Committee of the Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar and Village Panchayat and Gram Sabha Gardani, in Akole Tahasil of Ahmednagar District, the Governor of Maharashtra hereby specifies the 10th January, 2023, to be the date from which each of the local areas comprising group of Revenue villages or Revenue village Gardani, Khanapur and Agar in Akole Tahasil, in Ahmednagar District, specified in column (3) of the Schedule appended hereto, shall be the distinct villages and shall be known by the name of the villages Gardani and Khanapur, respectively, as specified in column (2) thereof, for the purposes of Part IX of the Constitution.
