Christmas Vacation : From Monday, 25th December, 2023 to Monday,
1st January, 2024 (both days inclusive).
5. During the Summer, Diwali and Christmas Vacations, the Offices on the Original Side will remain open daily from 10-30 a.m. to 4-30 p.m. except on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. But no work, except of an urgent nature, will be received after 3-45 p.m. The offices on the Appellate Side will also remain open daily from 10-30 a.m. to 4-30 p.m. except on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays during the Summer, Diwali and Christmas Vacations. The Offices will however, remain closed for filing of Judicial matters, except the following :—
(a) Criminal Cases.
(b) Applications in Civil Cases seeking urgent relief.
(c) Matters to which the provisions of section 4 of the Limitation Act, 1963, are not applicable.

No. PL(APP)/Gr.A/2023/1686-225.—Following Section Officers at Sr. Nos. 1 to 3 on the Select List of Assistant Registrar, working on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, are hereby promoted and appointed to the post of "Assistant Registrar", in the Pay Matrix S-26 : 82200-211500, on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, purely on temporary basis, with effect from, 6th January, 2023 or with effect from the date they assume charge of the post, in the vacant posts of Assistant Registrar, subject to the result of litigation/representation pending, if any, or that may be filed in which any appointment, seniority etc., in respect of the posts of Assistant Registrar are/would be challenged.
