आिण (cid:249)याअथ(cid:559), मोटार वाहन (वाहन (cid:274)(cid:312)(cid:569)प(cid:558)ग सुिवधेचे न(cid:635)दणी आिण काय(cid:616)) िनयमावली, २०२१ (cid:247)या िनयम ३(१) अ(cid:261)वये प(cid:555)रवहन आयु(cid:242)त महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) रा(cid:249)य यांना न(cid:635)दणी (cid:332)ािधकारी व प(cid:555)रवहन िवभागाचे सिचव/(cid:332)धान सिचव/अपर मु(cid:243)य सिचव यांना अिपलीय (cid:332)ािधकारी (cid:266)हणून घोिषत करणे उिचत वाटत आहे;
आिण (cid:257)याअथ(cid:559), मोटार वाहन (वाहन (cid:274)(cid:312)(cid:569)प(cid:558)ग सुिवधेचे न(cid:635)दणी आिण काय(cid:616)) िनयमावली, २०२१ (cid:247)या िनयम ३(१)(एल) अंतग(cid:593)त (cid:332)द(cid:427) अिधकाराचा वापर क(cid:543)न, महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) शासन या(cid:465)ारे प(cid:555)रवहन आयु(cid:242)त, महारा(cid:273)(cid:322) रा(cid:249)य यांना न(cid:635)दणी (cid:332)ािधकारी (cid:266)हणून, आिण सदर िनयमा(cid:247)या ३(१)(बी) अंतग(cid:593)त (cid:332)दान क(cid:577)ले(cid:269)या अिधकारांचा वापर क(cid:543)न, प(cid:555)रवहन िवभागाचे सिचव/(cid:332)धान सिचव/अपर मु(cid:243)य सिचव यांना अिपलीय (cid:332)ािधकारी (cid:266)हणून घोषीत कर(cid:256)यात येत आहे.
सदर अिधसूचना राजप(cid:327)ात (cid:332)दिश(cid:593)त हो(cid:256)या(cid:247)या तारखेपासून अंमलात येईल.

NOTIFICATION
MOTOR VEHICLE ACT, 1988.
No. MVR-0321/C.R.41/TRA-2.—Whereas the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Government of India has issued the Notification regarding Motor Vehicles (Registration and Functions of Vehicle Scrapping Facility) Rules, 2021 vide GSR 653(E) dated 23rd September 2021;
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra considers it expedient to empower the Transport Commissioner, Maharashtra State as Registration Authority under rule 3(1) of Motor Vehicles (Registration and Functions of Vehicle Scrapping Facility) Rules, 2021 and the Secretary/Principle Secretary/ Additional Chief Secretary of Transport Department as Appellate Authority for the said purpose;
And therefore, in exercise of powers conferred under rule 3(1)(L) of Motor Vehicles (Registration and Functions of Vehicle Scrapping Facility) Rules, 2021, the Government of Maharashtra hereby notifies Transport Commissioner, Maharashtra State as Registration Authority and the Secretary/ Principle Secretary/ Additional Chief Secretary of Transport Department as Appellate Authority under rule 3(1)(B) of said rules.
This notification shall come into effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
