REGARDING MINOR MODIFICATION UNDER SECTION 37 OF MAHARASHTRA REGIONAL AND TOWN PLANNING ACT, 1966 TO THE SANCTIONED DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF WARUD MUNICIPAL COUNCIL
NOTICE
No. MCW-TPD-79-2023.—
The Development Plan of Warud Town has been prepared by Warud Municipal Council with reference to the provisions of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 has sanctioned by the Urban Development Department, Government of Maharashtra vide Resolution No. TPS-2806-CR-379-243- 2006- UD-30, Dated 6th June 2007, to come into force with effective from 16th July 2007.
The Minor Modification is necessary for Development of Warud Town. The Minor Modification is as under :—
As per sanctioned Development Plan the proposed Survey No. 14/2 and 16/2 Reserved for Agricul- tural purpose should be converted to Residential Zone.
The Municipal Council vide Administrative Meeting Resolution No. 115, Dated 29th December 2022 has therefore decided to make the aforesaid minor modification shown in green colour in Development Plan under Section 37 of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.
Whereas, in pursuance of Section 37 of Maharahtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, is hereby notified that any person having objection or suggestion in regard to proposed modification may communi- cate in writing to the Administrator and Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Warud within 30 (thirty) days from the date of publication of notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette.
The suggestions, objections, received within the above period, shall be considered by the Council before submitting the proposal of Final Minor modification to Government for sanction.
The part plan of Development under modification and report thereof duly signed and dated by Admin- istrator and Chief Officer Municipal Council, Warud is kept ready for public inspection during office hours in the office of Municipal Council, Warud on all Working days.
