No. ICE-0123/C.R.10/Lab-6.—In exercise of the power conferred by Rule 5 of Maharashtra Judicial Officers of the Labour Courts and Industrial Courts (Recruitment, Appointment and Disciplinary Action) Rules, 2014 and with reference to the letter of Hon'ble High Court, Mumbai No. A.1226/83/107/2023, dated 10th January 2023, the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoint "Shri. Shridhar Shrikrishna Maudekar, as Member, Industrial Court, Aurangabad " .
The above Judicial Officer are hereby authorised to deal with the cases under Maharashtra Industrial Relation Act, 1946, Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 and MRTU and PULP Act, 1971.
