भारताचे संकवधान.
क्रमांक वेपुर-११२२/प्र. क्र. ६/सेवा-९.—भारताच्या संदवधानाच्या अनुच्छछेद ३०९ च्या परंतुकान्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अदधकारांचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्ाचे राज्यपाल महाराष्ट् नागरी सेवा (सुधाररत वेतन) दनयम, २००९ मध्ये पुढीलप्रमाणे सुधारणा करीत आहेत :—
१. या दनयमांना महाराष्ट् नागरी सेवा (सुधाररत वेतन) (सुधारणा) दनयम, २०२२ असे संबोधण्यात यावे.
२. महाराष्ट् नागरी सेवा (सुधाररत वेतन) दनयम, २००९ मधील दनयम ७ च्या पोट-दनयम (१), पोट-कलम (क) नंतर पुढील पोट-कलम दाखल करण्यात येत आहे आदण ते ददनांक १ जानेवारी २००६ पासून दाखल करण्यात येत असल्याचे मानण्यात यावे :—
"(ड) सेवाप्रवेश दनयमातील तरतुदीनुसार सरळसेवेने दनयुक्त झालेल्या कम्मचाऱ्यांना ज्या पदावर ददनांक १ जानेवारी २००६ रोजी दकंवा त्यानंतर या दनयमांच्या जोडपत् तीन नुसार सेवाप्रवेश वेतन अनुज्ेय ठरते, अशा पदांवर ददनांक १ जानेवारी २००६ पूववी नामदनददेशनाने अथवा पदोन्नतीने दनयुक्त झालेल्या आदण ददनांक १ जानेवारी २००६ रोजी पोट-दनयम (१) कलम (अ) च्या अन्वये वेतनदनश्चचती केलेल्या शासकीय कम्मचाऱ्यांचे वेतन, सरळसेवा दनयुक्त्यांसाठी जोडपत् तीनमध्ये दवदहत केलेल्या सेवाप्रवेश वेतनापेक्ा कमी दनश्चचत होत असेल तर, ते ददनांक १ जानेवारी २००६ पासून उंचावून देण्यात यावे की, ज्यामुळछे अशा सेवाप्रवेश वेतनापेक्ा ते कमी असणार नाही.
३. महाराष्ट् नागरी सेवा (सुधाररत वेतन) दनयम, २००९ मधील दनयम १३ च्या पोट-दनयम (ब) नंतर पुढील पोट-दनयम दाखल करण्यात येत आहे आदण तो ददनांक १ जानेवारी २००६ पासून अंमलात आल्याचे मानण्यात यावे :—

भाग चार-अ-३३–१२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग चार-अ, फेब्ुवारी ३, २०२३/माघ १४, शके १९४४ "(क) सेवाप्रवेश दनयमातील तरतुदीनुसार सरळसेवेने दनयुक्त झालेल्या कम्मचाऱ्यांना ज्या पदावर ददनांक १ जानेवारी २००६ रोजी दकंवा त्यानंतर या दनयमांच्या जोडपत् तीन नुसार सेवाप्रवेश वेतन अनुज्ेय ठरते, अशा पदांवर ददनांक १ जानेवारी २००६ रोजी दकंवा त्यानंतर पदोन्नतीने दनयुक्त झालेल्या आदण पोट-दनयम (अ) नुसार वेतनदनश्चचती केलेल्या शासकीय कम्मचाऱ्यांचे वेतन, दवदहत केलेल्या उक्त सेवाप्रवेश वेतनापेक्ा कमी दनश्चचत होत असेल तर, ते ददनांक १ जानेवारी २००६ रोजी दकंवा त्यानंतरच्या त्याच्या पदोन्नतीच्या ददनांकापासून उंचावून देण्यात यावे की, ज्यामुळछे ते अशा सेवाप्रवेश वेतनापेक्ा कमी असणार नाही."

No. RPS-1122 / C. R. 6 /Ser-9.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Maharashtra is hereby pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Maharashtra Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2009, namely :—
1. These rules may be called the Maharashtra Civil Services (Revised Pay) (Amendment) Rules, 2022.
2. In rule 7 of the Maharashtra Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2009 hereinafter referred to as "the Principal Rules", in sub-rule (1), after clause (C) the following clause shall be added and shall be deemed to have been added with effect from the 1st January 2006, namely :—
"(D) In case of Government Servants appointed, either by nomination or by promotion, prior to the 1st January 2006 on such posts, the recruitment rules of which contains provisions for appointment by nomination and by promotion, whose pay is fixed in the revised pay structure under clause (A) as on the 1st January 2006, turns out to be lower than entry pay prescribed in Annexure III applicable to the direct recruits on that post, then the pay of such Government Servants shall be stepped up so that it shall not be less than such entry pay."
3. In rule 13 of the principal Rules after sub-rule (B), the following sub-rule shall be added and shall be deemed to have been added with effect from the 1st January 2006, namely :—
"(C) In case of Government Servant, appointed by promotion on or after 1st January 2006, to such post, the recruitment rules of which contains provisions for appointment by nomination and by promotion, whose pay is fixed under sub-rule (A) turns out to be lower than the entry pay prescribed in Annexure III applicable to the direct recruit of that post, then the pay of such Government Servant shall be stepped up from the date of their promotion so that it shall not be less than such entry pay :
Provided that, this sub-rule shall apply to pay fixation on actual promotion only."
