क्रमांक टीपीबी-४३२०/प्र.क्र. १३५/२०२०/नवि-११.—ज्याअर्थी, म्हेाराष्ट्र प्रािेविक ि नगररचना अविवनयम, १९६६ चे कलम ३१, पोट-कलम (१) अन्िये प्राप्त अविकारांचा िापर करून राज्य िासनाने अविसूचना क्र. टी.पी.बी/४३२०/प्र.क्र.१३५/ २०२०/ नवि-११, विनांक १२ सप्टेंबर २०२२ द्ारे, विकास योजना मंजुरी्तून िगळलेले सारभू्त स्िरूपाचे बिलापैकी सिर अविसूचनेसोब्त जोडलेल्या पररविष्टटामिील नमूि ठरािीक सारभू्त स्िरूपाचे बिल (ई.पी.) ला िासनाने मंजुरी विली आ्हे ;
आवि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त अविसूचनेसोब्त जोडलेल्या पररविष्टटामिील का्हेी ई. पी. च्या रकाना क्र. ८ मध्ये का्हेी त्ुटी ि चुका असल्याचे वनि्शनास आल्या आ्हे्त. आवि त्याकरर्ता िुवधिपत्क वनग्शवम्त करिे आिश्यक असल्याचे िासनाचे म्त झाले आ्हे ;
आवि त्याअर्थी, उक्त अविसूचना विनांक १२ सप्टेंबर २०२२ ला सोब्तचे जोडपत्-१ मध्ये नमूि केल्याप्रमािे ्हे िुवधिपत्क वनग्शवम्त करण्या्त ये्त आ्हे.
उक्त िुवधिपत्काची प्र्त नागररकांचे अिलोकनार्श ्तीस विसांचे कालािीपययं्त खालील वठकािी िासकीय कामकाजाच्या विी काया्शलयीन िेळे्त उपलब्ि रा्हेील :—
(१) प्रमुख अवभयं्ता ( विकास योजना), बृ्हेन्मु ंबई म्हेानगरपावलका, म्हेापावलका माग्श, फोट्ट, मु ंबई-०१.
(२) उप संचालक, नगररचना, बृ्हेन्मु ंबई, इन्सा ्हेटमेंट, ई-ब्ललॉक, आझाि मैिान, म्हेापावलका माग्श, मु ंबई-०१ सिर िुवधिपत्क म्हेाराष्ट्र िासनाच्या www.maharashtra.gov.in (कायिे ि वनयम ) या िेबसाईटिर उपलब्ि करण्या्त आली आ्हे.

CORRIGENDUM
No. TPB-4320/CR-135/2020/UD-11.—Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 31 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra, vide Notification No.TPB-4320/ CR-135/2020/UD-11, dated 12th September, 2022 has sanctioned certain Excluded Parts ( EP's ) as mentioned in the Schedule appended with the said Notification, which were excluded as substantial modifications ;
And whereas, it is noticed that there are some error and mistakes in column No.8 in respect of certain EP attached with the said Notification, and therefore, to rectify such error and mistakes, Government feels it necessary to issue a corrigendum for the same ;
Now, therefore, this Corrigendum is issued to the said Notification dated 12th September, 2022 as mentioned in Annexure-I appended hereto.
Copy of this Corrigendum is kept open for the inspection of the public in the following offices for a period of 30 days during office hours on all working days :—
(1) Chief Engineer (Development Plan), Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai, Mahapalika Marg, Mumbai 400 001.
(2) Deputy Director of Town Planning, Greater Mumbai, 'E' Block, ENSA Hutment, Azad Maidan, Mahapalika Marg, Mumbai 400 001.
