क्रमांक आयसीई-०२२३/प्र.क्र. २५/काम-६.— महाराष्ट्र कामगार न्यायालये व औद्योदगक न्यायालये यांचे न्यादयक अदिकारी (सेवाप्रवेश, दनयुक्ती आदि दशस्तभंगाची कारवाई) दनयम, २०१४ च्या दनयम-४ नुसार प्रिान करण्या्त आलेल्या अदिकारांचा वापर करून मा. उच्च न्यायालय, मु ंबई यांनी त्यांचे पत् क्र.अे १२२६/८३/१८७/२०२३, दिनांक ३० जानेवारी २०२३ अन्वये केलेल्या दशफारशीनुसार "श्ी. दवजयकुमार प्रल्हािराव पाटकर यांची, अध्यक्ष, औद्योदगक न्यायालय, मु ंबई " या पिावर दनयुक्ती करण्या्त ये्त आहे.

उपरयोक्त न्यादयक अदिकाऱ्यास महाराष्ट्र औद्योदगक संबंि अदिदनयम, १९४६, औद्योदगक दववाि अदिदनयम, १९४७ व महाराष्ट्र कामगार संघटनांना मान्य्ता िेिे व अनुदच्त प्रथा प्रकार प्रद्तबंि अदिदनयम, १९७१ अं्तग्ग्त प्रकरिे हा्ताळण्यासाठी याद्ारे प्रादिकृ्त करण्या्त ये्त आहे.

No. ICE-0223/C.R.25/Lab-6.— In exercise of the power conferred by Rule 4 of Maharashtra Judicial Officers of the Labour Courts and Industrial Courts (Recruitment, Appointment and Disciplinary Action) Rules, 2014 and with reference to the letter of Hon'ble High Court, Mumbai No.A.1226/83/187/2023, dated 30th January 2023, The Government of Maharashtra hereby appoint " Shri Vijaykumar Pralhadrao Patkar, President, Industrial Court, Mumbai".

The above Judicial Officer are hereby authorised to deal with the cases under Maharashtra Industrial Relation Act, 1946, Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 and MRTU and PULP Act, 1971.
