क्रमाक स्वअम-२०२०/प्र.क्र.५७/नदव-३४.—हाताने मैला उचलणाऱ्या सफाई कामगारांच्या दनयुक्तीस प्रदतबंध करणे व त्यांचे पुनव्गसन करणे अदधदनयम, २०१३ (२०१३ चा २५) च्या कलम २० च्या पोट-कलम (१) द्ारे प्रदान केलेल्या अदधकारांचा वापर करून, या कायद्ाच्या उद्ेशांसाठी महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्ारे खालील तक्त्यातील स्तंभ (२) मध्ये नमूद केलेल्या व्यक्तींची स्तंभ (३) मधील नमूद स्थादनक मया्गदेकररता "दनररक्षक" म्हणून दनयुक्ती करीत असून ते उक्त अदधदनयमांतग्गत त्यांचे अदधकार वापरतील. म्हणजे :—

The ProhibiTion of emPloymenT As mAnuAl scAvengers And Their rehAbiliTATi on AcT, 2013.
No. SMM-2020/C.R.57/UD-34.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20 of the Prohibition, of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act, 2013 (25 of 2013), the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the persons mentioned in column (2) of the table appended hereto to be the inspectors for the purposes of the said Act and defines the local limits in column (3) of the said table, within which they shall exercise their powers under the said Act, as follows. namely :—
