PUBLICATION OF DRAFT DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF CHANDUR BAZAR UNDER SECTION 26(1) OF MAHARASHTRA REGIONAL
& TOWN PLANNING ACT, 1966
NOTICE
No. MCC-1244-2023.—
Whereas, the Chandur Bazar Municipal Council (hereinafter referred to as "the said Planning Authority.") vide Resolution No. 1, Dated 15th June, 2021, had declared its intention to prepare a Draft Development Plan of Chandur Bazar City (hereinafter referred to as the "said Draft Development Plan") for the area under its Jurisdiction, (hereinafter referred to as the said "area") as per the provision of Section 23 (1) read with Section 21 (2) of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as the " said Act'') and notice to that effect is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette Part 1-A Amravati Divisional Supplement Dated July 1 to 7, 2021 (Thursday to Wednesday), Publication.
And whereas, as per the provision in Section 24 of the said Act, the Joint Director Town Planning, Amravati Division by order No. 1025 Dated 24th August, 2021 has appointed Assistant Director, Town Planning And Valuation Department, Amravati Branch as "Town Planning Officer" to prepare the said Draft Development Plan for the said area.
And whereas, the Town Planning Officer and Assistant Director, Town Planning And Valuation Depart- ment, AMravati Branch after having prpared Existing Land Use Map as per Section 25 of the said Act, has prepared the said Draft Development Plan of the said area and has handed it over to the said Planning Authority on 18th October, 2022 for publication under Section 26 (1) of the said Act.
And whereas, the Administrator of said Municipal Council, Chandur Bazar has passed Order No. 01, dated 19th October, 2022 to publish the said Draft Development Plan under Section 26 (1) of the said Act, for invisting suggestions/objections from the public.
Therefore, Municipal Council, Chandur Bazar hereby publishes the said Draft Development Plan along with the report under Section 26 (1) of the said Act for inviting suggestions/objections from the public. The copy of the said Draft Development Plan and Report thereof are kept open for inspections of the public at the following offices on all working days during office hours.

The suggestions/objections if any, in writing from the public in this regard with reasons, shall be submit- ted to the Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Chandur Bazar, within the period of 30 days from the date of publication of the Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette. Suggestions/objections recived by the Municipal Council, Chandur Bazar within the period of the 30 days from the date of publication of this Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette shall only be considered.
The copies of the said Draft Development Plan and particulars shall be available to the public at reason- able price in the office of the Municipal Council, Chandur Bazar.
