क्रमांक आयडीसी २०१८/(प्र.क्र. ३६३)/उ-१४.—ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र औद्योदगक दवकास अदिदनयम, १९६१ (१९६२ चा महा. तीन) चे कलम १ पयोट-कलम (३) अन्वये करण्यात आलेली व महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र, सािारण, भाग चार-ब, ददनांक ५-११ सप्टेंबर, २०१९, पृष्ट्ठ क्र. ७ ते ५६ वर प्रदसद्ध करण्यात आलेली शासनाचे उद्योग, ऊजा्ग व कामगार दवभागाचे क्र. आयडीसी- २०१८/ (प्र.क्र. ३६३)/उद्योग-१४, ददनांक ०५ सप्टेंबर, २०१९ अन्वये उपरयोक् त अदिदनयमाच्या प्रकरण सहाचे उपबंि हे त्या अदिसूचनेत नमूद केलेले मौजे दपंपळदवहीर व दडगरगव्हाण, ता. अमरावती, दज. अमरावती येर्ील क्ेत्ास ददनांक ०५ सप्टेंबर, २०१९ या तारखेपासून लागू करणेत आलेल्या आहेत व उक्त क्ेत् हे उक्त अदिदनयमाच्या कलम २ खंड (ग) अन्वये "औद्योदगक क्ेत्" म्हणून जाहीर केलेले आहे;

आदण ज्याअर्थी, उपरयोक्त अनुसूचीमध्ये जाहीर केलेल्या जदमनी त्या भागात समादवष्टट आहे. (यापुढे याचा उल्लेख "उक्त जमीन" असा करण्यात येईल);

आदण ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र औद्योदगक दवकास महामंडळाकररता उक्त जदमनी औद्योदगक क्ेत् म्हणून दवकसासा्ठी या जागेची आवश्यकता असल्याचे राज्य शासनाचे मत आहे;

आदण ज्याअर्थी, उक्त जदमनीच्या जमीन मालकांचे व त्यात दहतसंबंि असलेल्या व्यक्तींचे म्हणणे अदिदनयमांच्या कलम ३२ चे पयोट-कलम (२) प्रमाणे एकूण घेतलेले आहे व त्यानुसार राज्य शासनाने या कलमाच्या ३२ च्या अनुषंगाने उक्त जमीन संपादन करण्याचा दनण्गय घेतला आहे.

भाग चार-ब-४०–१२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग चार-ब, फेब्रुवारी २०, २०२३/फाल्गरुन १, शके १९४४ त्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र औद्योदगक दवकास अदिदनयम, १९६१ चे कलम ३२(१) चा वापर करून सदर जदमनी उपरयोक्त कारणासा्ठी संपाददत केल्या असल्याबद्दलची ही नयोटीस शासन या कलमा अन्वये प्राप्त अदिकारांचा वापर करून प्रदसद्ध करीत आहे.

Maharashtra IndustrIal developMent act, 1961.

No. IDC 2018/(C.R. 363)/Ind.- 14.—Whereas by Government Notification, Industries, Energy and Labour Department, No. IDC 2018/(C.R. 363)/Ind 14, dated 5th September, 2019 issued under sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 (Mah. III of 1962) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), and published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, ordinary, Part IV-B, dated 5th -11th September, 2019, on pages 57 to 98 the Government of Maharashtra has notified the dated 5th September, 2019 to be date from which the provisions of Chapter VI of the said Act, shall take effect in certain areas of village Pimpalvihir and Digargawhan in Taluka Amravati, District Amravati, mentioned in the Schedule appended to the said notification (hereinafter referred to as "the said area") and declared the said area as an industrial area under clause (g) of section 2 of the said Act for the purposes of the said Act;

And Whereas, the land mentioned in the Schedule appended hereto (hereinafter referred to as "the said lands") are situated in the said areas;

And Whereas, the State Government is of the opinion that the said lands are required by the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation for development as an Industrial Area;

And whereas, after considering the cause shown by the owners in the said lands and by other persons interested therein and after giving such owners and person an opportunity of being heard in pursuance notice issued under sub-section (2) of section 32 of the said Act, the State Government has decided to acquire the said lands in pursuance of the said section 32.

Now, therefor, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 32 of the said Act, the Government of Maharashtra hereby publishes this notice for acquiring the said lands for the purpose aforesaid.
