No. IDA. 22023/C.R.-17/LAB - 2.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 & 8 of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), and with reference to the Notification No. A-1201/2023 (Ad hoc), dated the 30th January 2023 of the Registrar General, High Court, Bombay, the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the Judicial Officers shown in Column No. (2) in place of the Judicial Officers shown in Column No. (3) as Presiding Officer, Labour Court shown in Column No. (4) of the schedule appointed hereto :—
