क्रमांक सीआरसी २०१९/प्र.क्र.१६८(४)/का.बारा.— फौजदारी प्रक्रीया संदहता, १९७३ (१९७४ चा २) महाराष्ट्र राज्यात अंमलात असताना, त्याच्या कलम ७ तसेच, कलम ९ द्ारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या आदि याबाबतीत त्यास समर्ग करिाऱ्या इतर सव्ग अदिकारांचा वापर करुन; आदि याबाबतीत यापूववी काढलेल्या सव्ग अदिसुचनांचा, वादिम दजल्ह्ातील मंगरुळपीर, मानोरा व कारंजा महसुली तालुक्यांिी त्यांचा जेर्वर संबंि असेल तेर्वर, त्यामध्ये अंित: फेरबदल करुन, महाराष्ट्र िासन, उच्च न्यायालय मु ंबई यांच्यािी दवचार दवदनमय करुन, याद्ारे दनददेदित करते की, िासकीय अदिसूचना, दवदि व न्याय दवभाग क्रमांक सीआरसी ११९३/५४१७/(१०६/०५)/१२, ददनांक २५ ऑक्टोबर, २०१३ अन्वये वादिम दजल्ह्ातील मंगरुळपीर, मानोरा व कारंजा या महसुली तालुक्यांकररता दनदम्गत सत् दवभाग आदि मंगरुळपीर येर्ील सदर सत् दवभागाच्या स्र्ळ दसमेत उद्भविाऱ्या प्रकरिांच्या संपररक्ेकरीता मंगरुळपीर येर्े स्र्ादपत व अदतररक्त सत् न्यायािीि वादिम दपठासीन अदिकारी असलेले जोड सत् न्यायालय िासकीय अदिसूचना, दवदि व न्याय दवभाग, क्रमांक सीआरसी ११९३/५४१७/(१०६/०५)/१२, ददनांक २५ ऑक्टोबर, २०१३ मध्ये दवदनदद्गष्ट्ट केल्याप्रमािे ददनांक ०१ माच्ग, २०२३ पासून वादिम दजल्ह्ातील मंगरुळपीर, मानोरा व कारंजा या महसुली तालुक्यांकररता सत् दवभाग आदि मंगरुळपीर येर्ील एक सत् न्यायालय असेल आदि सदर सत् दवभागाच्या स्र्ळ दसमेत उद्भविाऱ्या प्रकरिांच्या संपरीक्ेकररता अदतररक्त सत् न्यायािीि हे सदर न्यायालयाचे दपठासीन अदिकारी असतील. प्रमुख सत् न्यायािीि वादिम हे मंगरुळपीर सत् दवभागाकररता सुद्ा सत् न्यायािीि असतील आदि सदर सत् दवभागातील प्रकरिांमिून त्यांना योग्य वा्टतील अिी प्रकरिे स्वत:कडे काढून घेण्याचे दकंवा सक्म अदिकाररतेच्या अन्य कोित्याही न्यायालयाकडे वग्ग करण्याचे दकंवा मंगरुळपीर येर्ील सहाय्यक अर्वा अदतररक्त सत् न्यायादिांकडे वग्ग करण्याचे अदिकार त्यांना राहतील.

NOTIFICATION

Code of Criminal ProCedure, 1973.

No. CRC. 2019/CR. 168(II)/Desk XII.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 7(3) read with Section 9 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), in its application to the State of Maharashtra, and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf; in so far as they relate to the revenue tahsils of Mangrulpir, Manora and Karanja in Washim District, the Government of Maharashtra, after consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, hereby, with effect from the 1st March, 2023, directs that, the Sessions Division created for the revenue tahsils of Mangrulpir, Manora and Karanja in the Washim District and Link Court of Sessions established at Mangrulpir for trial of cases arising with the limits of said sessions division of Mangrulpir vide the Government Notification, Law and Judiciary Department, No. CRC 1193/5417/(106/05)/XII, dated the 25th October, 2013, which was presided over by the Additional Sessions Judge, Washim shall be the Sessions Division for the revenue tahsils of Mangrulpir, Manora and Karanja in Washim District and a Court of Sessions at Mangrulpir, as specified in the Government Notification, Law and Judiciary Department No. CRC 1193/5417/(106/05)/XII, dated the 25th October, 2013, and the said Court shall be presided over by the Additional Sessions Judge for trial of cases arising within the limits of the said Sessions Division. The Principal District and Sessions Judge, Washim shall also be the Additional Sessions Judge for the Mangrulpir sessions division and shall have the powers to withdraw unto himself or to assign to any other Court of competent jurisdiction, the cases from the said Sessions Division, or to assign unto the Assistant or Additional Sessions Judge at Mangrulpir, any such cases as he thinks fit.

क्रमांक सीआरसी. २०१९/प्र.क्र.१६८(३)/का.बारा.— महाराष्ट्र ददवािी न्यायालय अदिदनयम, १८६९ (१८६९ चा १४) याचे कलम १४ व १९ यांद्ारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अदिकारांचा आदि याबाबतीत त्यास समर्ग करिाऱ्या इतर सव्ग अदिकारांचा वापर करून; आदि याबाबतीत यापूववी काढलेल्या सव्ग अदिसूचना, वादिम दजल्ह्ातील मंगरुळपीर, मानोरा व कारंजा या महसुली तालुक्यांकरीता मंगरुळपीर न्यायालय (जोड न्यायालय) यांचे बाबतीत संबंदित आहेत तेर्वर, त्यांमध्ये अंित: फेरबदल करून, महाराष्ट्र िासन याद्ारे पुढीलप्रमािे असे दनदेि देत आहे की, ददनांक १ माच्ग, २०२३ पासून, -

(क) िासकीय अदिसूचना, दवदि व न्याय दवभाग क्रमांक सीआरसी, ११९३/५४१७/(१०६/०५)/१२, ददनांक २५ ऑक्टोबर, २०१३ द्ारे वादिम दजल्ह्ातील मंगरुळपीर येर्े स्र्ादपत झालेले आदि वादिम येर्ील अदतररक्त दजल्हा न्यायादि दपठासीन अदिकारी असलेले मंगरुळपीर न्यायालय (जोड न्यायालय) हे वादिम दजल्ह्ातील मंगरुळपीर येर्ील एक न्यायालय असेल आदि अदतररक्त दजल्हा न्यायािीि हे उक्त न्यायालयाच्या अध्यक्स्र्ानी असतील;

(ख) उक्त न्यायालयाच्या सव्गसािारि अदिकाररतेच्या स्र्ळ दसमा यांमध्ये िासन अदिसूचना, दवदि व न्याय दवभाग क्रमांक सीआरसी, ११९३/५४१७/(१०६/०५)/१२, ददनांक २५ ऑक्टोबर, २०१३ मध्ये दवदनदद्गष्ट्ट केल्याप्रमािे वादिम दजल्ह्ातील मंगरुळपीर, मानोरा व कारंजा या महसूली तालुक्यांचा समावेि होईल आदि त्या क्ेत्ापययंत समव्यापी राहतील;

(ग) प्रमुख दजल्हा न्यायािीि, वादिम यांना योग्य वा्टतील अिी प्रकरिे अदतररक्त दजल्हा न्यायािीि मंगरुळपीर यांचेकडे वग्ग करण्याचे दकंवा स्वत:कडे काढून घेण्याचे दकंवा सक्म अदिकाररतेच्या अन्य न्यायालयांकडे वग्ग करण्याचे अदिकार वगळून सदर अदिदनयमाच्या कलम ९ अन्वये सदर न्यायालयाच्या सािारि अदिकाररतेच्या स्र्ळ दसमांसंदभा्गत प्रमुख दजल्हा न्यायादिांना असलेले सव्ग अदिकार मंगरुळपीर येर्ील अदतररक्त दजल्हा न्यायािीि यांच्या ठायी दनदहत होतील.

NOTIFICATION

No. CRC. 2019/CR. 168(I)/Desk XII.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14 and 19 of the Maharashtra Civil Courts Act, (XIV of 1869), and in partial modification of all earlier notifications issued in this behalf, in so far as they relate to the Court (Link Court) at Mangrulpir for the revenue tahsils of Mangrulpir, Manora and Karanja in Washim District, the Government of Maharashtra directs that, with effect from the 1st March, 2023,—

(a) the Court (Link Court) at Mangrulpir in the Washim District established vide the Government Notification, Law and Judiciary Department, No. CRC 1193/5417/(106/05)/XII, dated the 25th October, 2013 and presided over by the Additional District Judge at Washim, shall be a Court at Mangrulpir in the Washim District and the said Court shall be presided over by the Additional District Judge;

(b) the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of the said Court shall be co-extensive with and cover the areas comprising the revenue tahsils of Mangrulpir, Manora and Karanja in Washim District, as specified in the Government Notification, Law and Judiciary Departmnet No. CRC. 1193/5417/(106/05)/XII, dated the 25th October, 2013, and

(c) all the powers of Principal District Judge, District Washim in respect of the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of the said Court shall vest in the said Additional District Judge at Mangrulpir except those vested in the Principal District Judge under section 9 of the said Act and except his power to assign to the Additional District Judge, Mangrulpir or withdraw unto himself or to assign to another Court of competent jurisdiction, such matters as he thinks fit.
