Declaration of Intention to prepare Development Plan of Butibori Municipal Council under Section

23(1) [read with section 21(2) ] of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.

NOTICE

No. MCB-PWD-353-2023.—

Government of Maharashtra in Urban Development Department, vide its Notification No. MUN- 2017-C.R.-358-UD-18, dated 18th April 2018 constituted Butibori Municipal Council. It is necessary to prepare the Development Plan for the area of Butibori Municipal Council as per Section 21(2) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 for planned Development of the said area.

Hence, the Butibori Municipal Council by its resolution No. 08, dated 28th February 2023 has given consent to declare its intention to prepare Development Plan, as per provision of Section 23(1) [read with Section 21(2)] of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. Accordingly, this notice is being published.

The plan showing boundary of the area included in Development Plan of Butibori Municipal Council is kept open for inspection by the public on office working days, during office hours at the office of the Municipal Council as required under Section 23(2) of the Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966.

Any suggestion / objection of the public in this regard, may be forwarded in writing to the Chief Officer, Butibori Municipal Council with in a period of 60(Sixty) days from the date of publication of this notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette. The suggestion/ objection shall be duly considered while preparing the Development Plan.

Whereas, the Narkhed Municipal Council, (hereinafter referred to as "the said Planning Authority") vide Resolution No. 2, dated 17th March 2021, had declared its intention to prepare a Draft Development Plan of Narkhed (2nd Revision) (hereinafter referred to as the "said Draft Development Plan") for the area under its jurisdiction, (hereinafter referred to as the "said area") as per the provision of section 23(1) and 38 of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as the "said act") and notice to that effect is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette, Nagpur Division Supplement Part 1-A on July 8-14, 2021 on Page 4;

NOTICE

Whereas, the Goregaon Nagar Panchayat, (hereinafter referred to as the said "Planning Author- ity,") vide Resolution No. 01, dated 25th March 2021 had declared its intention to prepare a Draft Develop- ment Plan of Goregaon (hereinafter referred to as the "said Draft Development Plan") for the area under its jurisdiction, (hereinafter referred to as the said "area") as per the provision of Section 23(1) read with Section 21(2) of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as the "said Act" and notice to that effect is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette Nagpur Division, Supple- ment Part 1-A on 28th October-3rd November 2021.

And whereas, as per the provision in Section 24 of the said Act, the Nagar Panchayat vide Order No. 198, dated 12th August 2022 has appointed Assistant Director, Town Planning, Gondia Branch, Gondia as "Town Planning Officer" to prepare the said Draft Development Plan for the said area ;

And whereas, the Town Planning Officer and Assistant Director, Town Planning, Gondia Branch, Gondia after having prepared Existing Land Use Map as per Section 25 of the said Act, has Prepared the said Draft Development Plan of the said area and has handed it over to the said Planning Authority on 26th September 2022 for publication under Section 26(1) of the said Act;

And whereas, the said Planning Authority has passed Resolution dated 26th December 2022 to publish the said Draft Development Plan under Section 26(1) of the said Act, for inviting suggestions/ objections from the public;

Therefore, Goregaon Nagar Panchayat hereby publishes the said Draft Development Plan along with the Report uner Section 26(1) of the said Act for inviting suggestion/objections from the public. The copy of the said Draft Development Plan and Report thereof are kept open for inspection of the public at the following offices on all working days during office hours.

(2) Assistant Director, Town Planning, Gondia Branch, Gondia.

The suggestions/objections if any, in writing from the public in this regard with reasons, shall be submitted to the Chief Officer, Goregaon Nagar Panchayat within the period of 30 days from the date of publication of the Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette. Suggestions/objections received by the Nagar Panchayat within the period of the 30 days from the date of publication of this Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette shall only be considered.
