Public Notice
(Publication of list of Modification/changes in Draft Development plan of Municipal Council Ambajogai
(II of Revised) u/s 28 (4) of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966)
Whereas, Ambajogai Municipal Council being Planning Authority, has published the Draft Development plan of Ambajogai u/s 26 (1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act 1966 vide notice dated 13/10/2022 for inviting suggestion/ objections from public. The said Notice is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette of Aurangabad Division Supplement part-1 dated 13-19/10/2022.
And whereas, after Considering the suggestion/objections to the said plan received within stipulated period, the Planning Committee Constituted u/s 28(4) of the said Act, has submitted its report to the said planning Authority on 06/01/2023.
And whereas, the said planning Authority after considering the report submitted by planning committee, partly accepted & it suggested changes in it and passed Resolution No. 07 dtd 2/3/2023 to make Modification/ changes to the said plan and to submit the said plan for sanction to the Government u/s 30 of the said Act;
And whereas, it is necessary to publish the said modification/changes made in the said plan for Inspection of the public as per section 28 (4) of the said Act;
Now, therefore, the list of modifications/changes made u/s 28(4) of the Act by the said planning Authority is hereby published as Appendix-A as per the provisions of said Act for information of the public. The said Draft Development plan showing the modifications/changes kept open for the inspection of the public in the following offices on working days during office hours for a period of 30 days.

Whereas Georai Municipal Council being Planning Authority, has published the Draft Development plan of Georai (IInd Revised) u/s 26 (1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 vide notice dated 19/10/2022 for inviting suggestions/ objections from public. The said Notice is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette of Aurangabad Division Supplement Part- 1 Date 20-26 / 10/2022.

Now therefore, the list of modifications / changes Municipal Council Kille Dharur Maharashtra made u/s 28(4) of the Act by the said planning Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966.
Authority is hereby published as Appendix-A as per the provisions of said Act, for information of No. MCD/DP/5090 .- Date 13 March 2023.-- Whereas Kille Dharur Municipal Council being Planning Authority, has published the Draft Development plan of Kille Dharur (IInd Revised) the public The said Draft Development plan showing the modifications/ changes is kept open for the inspection of the public in the following offices on working days during office hours for a period of 30 days and is also available on website.
1. The Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Kille Dharur
u/s 26 (1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 vide notice dated 12/10/2022 for inviting suggestions/ objections from public. The said Notice is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette of Aurangabad Division Supplement Part- 1 2. Assistant Director Town Planning, Beed Date 13-19/10/2022.
And whereas, after Considering the suggestion/ objections to the said plan received within stipulated period, the planning Committee Constituted u/s 28(4) of the said Act, has submitted its report to the said planning Authority on Dt. 06/01/2023.
And whereas the said planning Authority after considering the report submitted by planning committee it suggested changes in it and passed Resolution No.29 Dated 08/03/2023 to make modification/ changes to the said plan and to submit the said plan for sanction to the Government u/s 30 of the said Act.

Whereaas, Majalgaon Municipal Council, being planning Authority, has published the draft development plan of Majalgaon u /s 26 (1) Of the Maharashtra regional and town planning act, 1966, vide notice dated 12/10/2022 for inviting suggestions /objections from Public. The said notice is published in Maharashtra Government gazzette of Aurangabad division supplement part 1 dated 13-19/10/2022.
And, whereas after Considering the Suggestions / Objections to the the said plan received stipulated period, the planning committee constituted u/s 28(4) of the said Act, has submitted its report to the said planning Authorityon 06/01/2023.
And Wheras, the Said Planning Authority After Considering the Report Submitted By Planning Committee, Partly Accepted and it suggested changes in it and passed resolution No.76- Dated-08/03/2023 to make modification/changes to the Government u/s 30 of the said Act.
And whereas, it is necessary to publish the said modification / changes made in the said Plan for inspection of the public as per section 28 (4) of the said ACT;

And whereas, after considering the suggestions/ objections to the said plan received within stipulated period, the Planning Committee constituted u/s 28(4) of the said Act, has submitted its report to the planning authority on 02/03/2023;
And whereas, the said planning authority after considering the report submitted by planning committee partly accepted it and suggested changes in it and passed Resolution No.219 Dated 03/03/2023 to make modifications/ changes to the said plan and to submit the said plan for sanction to the Government u/s -30 of the said Act;

The said notice is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette Aurangabad Division, Supplement Part I On 22-28 Dec. 2022
And whereas, after considering the suggestions/ ob- jections to the said plan received within stipulated period, the Planning Committee constituted u/s 28(4) of the said Act, has submitted its report to the said planning authority on dated 02-03-2023.
And whereas, the said planning authority after consid- ering the report submitted by planning committee accepted it and passed Resolution No. 01, Dated 06-03-2023 Without changes to the said plan and to submit the said plan for sanction to the Government u/s -30 of the said Act; And whereas, it is necessary to publish the said modi- fications/ changes made in the said plan for inspection of the public as per under section-28(4) of the said Act, Now, therefore, no changes made u/s 28(4) of the Act, by the said planning authority is hereby published for infor- mation of the public . Authority is hereby published as Appendix-A as per the provisions of said Act, for information of No. 490.- Date 13/03/2023 -
Whereas, Kalamnuri Municipal Council being Planning Authority, has published the Draft Development plan of Kalamnuri u/s 26 (1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 vide notice dated 11/11/2022 for inviting suggestions/ objections from public. The said Notice is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette of Aurangabad Division Supplement Part -1-A Date 17 to 23 the public. The said Draft Development plan showing the modifications/ changes is kept open for the inspection of the public in the following offices on working days during office hours for a period of 30 days .
