क्रमांक भाख्रिवि-२०२१/१५४६/प्र.क्र. ६८३/कु.क.---- भारतीय ख्रिश्चन विवाह अधिनियम, १८७२ (कायदा क्रमांक १५/१८७२) च्या कलम ६ व ९ मधील तरतुदीनुसार रेव्ह डॉ. आनंद मच्िंछद्र बोर्डे यांना '' लव्ह ऑफ क्रॉस मिनीस्ट्री चर्च, शिव अंबेे अपार्टमेंट, ३ रा मजला, ए विंग, रुम नं. ३०३, साई नगर, जाईबाई शाळा रोड, कल्याण (पूर्व) '' या नोंदणीकृत चर्चमध्ये भारतीय ख्रिश्चन विवाह योग्य त्या विधीसह लावण्याचा परवाना ख्रिश्चन विवाह परवाना क्रमांक ०३/२०२३ तसेच सदर विवाहाचे प्रमाणपत्र देण्याचा अधिकार शासन प्रदान करीत आहे.
रेव्ह डॉ. आनंद मच्िंछद्र बोर्डे यांनी विवाह विधी पार पाडताना उक्त अधिनियमातील तरतुदींचे काटेकोरपणे पालन करावे.

2. This notification shall take effect from the date of its issuance.
3. Adove designation as " Special Public Prosecutor " shall be until further orders and also Coterminus with their appoitment as Public Prosecutor / Additional Public Prosecutor.
4. Above Public Prosecutor / Additional Public Prosecutors are designated as above strictly subject of the conditions of service laid down in the Maharashtra Law Officers (Appointment, Conditions of Service and Remuneration) Rules, 1984.
5. The Government reserves the right to revoke/modify/annul the order without assigning any reasons.
