Publication of Draft Development Plan of Saoli Under Section 26(1) of Maharashtra Regional &
Town Planning Act, 1966
NOTICE
No. NPS-PD-DPP-124-2023.—
Whereas, the Saoli Nagar Panchayat, (Hereinafter referred to as "the said Planning Authority,") vide Resolution No. 01, Dated 26th March 2021, had declared its intention to prepare a Draft Development Plan of Saoli (hereinafter referred to as the "said Draft Development Plan") for the area under its juris- diction, (hereinafter referred to as the said "area") as per the provision of Section 23(1) read with Section 21(2) of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as the "said Act") and notice to that effect is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette Nagpur Division, Supplement Part 1-A on Dated April 8th-14th , 2021.
And whereas, as per the provision in section 24 of the said Act, the Saoli Nagar Panchayat vide Order No. .ॅ. ॅद्ध-२४-न्+-ह्या्र-ह्यम्.. रूम््र-रूरूह-९६०, Date 21st September 2021 has appointed Assistant Director, Town Planning/Town Planner, Chandrapur Branch, Chandrapur as "Town Planning Officer" to prepare the said Draft Development Plan for the said area;
And whereas, the Town Planning officer and Assistant Director, Town Planning Town Planner Chandrapur, Branch Chandrapur after having prepared Existing Land Use Map as per section 25 of the said Act, has prepared the said Draft Development Plan of the said area and has handed it over to the said Planning Authority for publication under section 26(1) of the said Act ;

Therefore, Saoli Nagar Panchayat here by publishes the said Draft Development Plan along with the Report under section 26(1) of the said Act for inviting suggestions/objections from the public. The copy of the said Draft Development Plan and Report there of are kept open for inspection of the public at the following offices on all working days during office hours.
1. The Chief Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Saoli.
2. Assistant Director, Town Planning/Town Planner, Chandrapur Branch Chandrapur.
The suggestions/objections if any, in writing from the public in this regard with reasons, shall be submitted to the Chief Officer, Saoli Nagar Panchayat, within the period of 30 days from the date of publication of the Notice in Maharashtra Govt. Gazette. Suggestions/objections received by the Saoli Nagar Panchayat with in the period of the 30 days from the date of publication of this Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette shall only be considered.
The copies of the said Draft Development Plan and particulars shall be available to the public at reasonable price in the office of the Saoli, Municipal Council/Nagar Panchayat.
