Publication of list of Changes in Draft Development Plan of Morshi (Origninal limit) under Section 28(4) of Maharashtra
Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.
NOTICE
No. MCM-Outward-No.-TP-1055-2023.—
Whereas, Morshi Municipal Council, Distt. Amravati being Planning Authority has published the Draft Development Plan of Morshi (Original Limit) u/s 26(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, vide notice dated 4th October, 2022 for inviting suggestions/objections from public. The said Notice is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette of Amravati Division, Supplement Part 1-A, dated 6th October, 2022.
And whereas, there is no suggestions/objections in stipulated period, therefore Planning Committee is not constituted under Section 28(2) of the said Act ;
And whereas, there is no suggestion/objections in stipulted period, Resp. Administrator has passed Resolution No. 01, dated 21st February 2023 to make changes to the said Plan and to submit the said Plan for sanction to the Government u/s 30 of the said Act ;
And whereas, it is necessary to publish the said changes made in the said Plan for inspection of the public as per Section 28(4) of the said Act ;

The said Draft Development Plan showing the changes is kept open for the inspection of the public in the following offices, on working days, during office hours for a period of 30 days.
