क्रमांक खाक्षेस-२००६/प्र.क्र.-९६/भाग-३/रस्तषे-९.— महाराष्ट्र मोटार वाहन कर अदिदनयमाच्या कलम २० चषे पोट-कलम (१-अ), (१-ब), (१-क), (१-ड) आदि (१-इ) द्ारषे व इतर प्रदान करण्यात आलषेल्या अदिकाराचा वापर करून महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्ारषे घोदित करतषे की, खाजगीकरिाच्या माध्यमातून "बांिा,वापरा व हस्तांतररत करा" या योजनषे अंतग्गत मषे.चषेतक इन्टरप्रायजषेस प्रायव्हषेट दलदमटेड,दनंबहषेरा यांनी स्वखचा्गनषे बांिलषेल्या अहमदनगर दजल्ह्ातील पुिषे-अहमदनगर (भाग- दशरूर-अहमदनगर ) राज्य महामाग्ग ६० चषे दकलोमीटर ६४/००० तषे १२०/४०० या रस्त्याच्या वापर करिाऱ्या अनुसूचीच्या स्तंभ (२) मध्यषे दवदनदद्गष्टट केलषेल्या प्रकाराच्या मोटार वाहनांवर आदि वाहनांकडून ओढून नषेल्या जािाऱ्या अनुयानांवर ददनांक ०१.०४.२०२३ तषे ददनांक ३१.०३.२०२४ या कालाविीकररता सदर रस्त्यावरील दकलोमीटर ८५/१०० मध्यषे बांिण्यात आलषेल्या म्हसिषे फाट्ाजवळील पथकर स्थानकावर अनुसूचीच्या स्तंभ (३) मध्यषे त्यांच्यासमोर दवदनदद्गष्टट केलषेल्या दरानषे पथकर आकारण्यात यषेत आहषे:—

१. या प्रयोजनाकररता पुिषे-अहमदनगर (भाग- दशरुर-अहमदनगर) राज्य महामाग्ग क्रमांक ६०, दकलोमीटर ६४/००० तषे १२०/४०० या लांबीचषे मजबुतीकरि व चौपदरीकरि करिषे या प्रकल्पातील रस्त्यावरील म्हसिषे फाट्ाजवळ दकलोमीटर ८५/१०० यषेथील पथकर नाक्यावर वर नमूद केलषेल्या कालाविीकररता पथकर गोळा करण्याचा व पथकराची संपूि्ग रक्कम ठेवून घषेण्याचा हक्क मषे. चषेतक इन्टरप्रायजषेस प्रायव्हषेट दलदमटेड, दनंबहषेरा यांना प्रदान करण्यात आला आहषे.
२. खालील वाहनांना पथकरातुन सूट दषेण्यात यषेईल.
(१) भारताचषे राष्ट्रपती, उपराष्ट्रपती, राज्यांचषे राज्यपाल व वाहनांना लाल ददवा अनुज्षेय असलषेल्या अदत महत्वाच्या लोकप्रदतदनिींची वाहनषे.
(२) लोकसभा व राज्यसभषेचषे दवद्यमान सदस्य तसषेच महाराष्ट्र दविानसभा व महाराष्ट्र दविानपररिदषेचषे दवद्यमान सदस्य प्रवास करीत असलषेली वाहनषे.
(३) महाराष्ट्र दविानसभा व महाराष्ट्र दविानपररिदषेचषे माजी सदस्य व लोकसभा व राज्यसभषेचषे माजी सदस्य.
(४) महाराष्ट्र राज्य रस्तषे वाहतूक महामंडळाच्या (एसटी) प्रवासी बसषेस.
(५) स्ककूल बसषेस.
(६) केंद्र व राज्य शासनाची वाहनषे
(७) लष्टकराच्या मालकीची वाहनषे.
(८) पोलीस दवभागाची वाहनषे.
(९) टपाल आदि तार खात्याची वाहनषे.
(१०) रुग्िवादहका.
(११) शववादहका.
(१२) अग्ग्नशमन दलाची वाहनषे.
महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग चार-ब, माच्ष २९, २०२३/चैत्र ८, शके १९४५ ३३. पथकर दराचा फलक सव्ग पथकर नाक्यांवर सवायंना ददसषेल अशा पद्धतीनषे लावण्यात यावा. तसषेच वाहनिारकांस प्रत्यषेक वषेळी पथकर शुल्क वसुलीची संगिकीकृत पावती दषेण्यात यावी.
४. सव्ग पथकर नाक्यांवर सवायंना ददसषेल अशा पद्धतीनषे इलषेक्ट्ररॉदनक फलक लावण्यात यावा.
टीपा:-
पथकर शुल्काच्या दरामध्यषे खालीलप्रमािषे सूट दषेण्यात यषेईल.
(१) पथकराच्या ५० ककुपन्सची पुग्स्तका आगाऊ खरषेदी करिाऱ्यास पुग्स्तकेच्या दकंमतीमध्यषे १० टक्के सवलत दषेण्यात यषेईल.
(२) पथकराच्या १०० ककुपन्सची पुग्स्तका आगाऊ खरषेदी करिाऱ्यास पुग्स्तकेच्या दकंमतीमध्यषे २० टक्के सवलत दषेण्यात यषेईल.
(३) वारंवार प्रवास करिाऱ्या वाहनांसाठी परतीच्या प्रवासाचषे व दैदनक पासाचषे दर हषे त्या वाहनाच्या एकेरी प्रवास दराच्या अनुक्रमषे दीड पट व अडीच पट राहतील. परतीच्या प्रवासाचा पास व दैदनक पास हा ज्या ददवशी पास काढला जाईल त्या ददवशीच्या रात्ी १२-०० वाजषेपययंत ग्ाह् राहील.
(४) मादसक पासाचषे दर एकेरी प्रवास दराच्या ५० पट राहतील.

NOTIFICATION
Maharashtra Motor Vehicles tax act.
No. PSP-2006/C.R.96/Part-3/Road-9.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1-A), (1-B), (1-C), (1-D) and (1-E) of section 20 of the Maharashtra Motor Vehicles Tax Act (LXV of 1958) and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby declares that the toll shall be levied on the classes of motor vehicles specified in column (2) of the Schedule appended hereto and on the trailors drawn by such motor vehicles, passing over the section of Pune-Ahmednagar Road (section Shirur-Ahmednagar), State Highway No. 60, newly strengthened and four laned from Kilometer 64/000 to Kilometer 120/400 in Ahmednagar District, which is improved under the " Built, Operate and Transfer (BOT) Scheme" by M/s. Chetak Enterprises Private Limited, Nimbahera at the rates specified against each of the said motor vehicles in column (3) of the Schedule with effect from 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2024 at the toll collection centre constructed at kilometer 85/100 near Mhasane Phata on the said road.

1. For the purpose of this notification, M/s. Chetak Enterprises Private Limited, Nimbahera is authorised to collect and retain the amount of toll on the above mentioned toll collection centre.
2. The following types of vehicles are exempted from payment of toll, namely :—
1. VVIP vehicles carrying President of India, Vice-President of India, Governor of State, Public Representatives entitled for red lamp on their vehicles.
2. Vehicles carrying sitting Members of, Parliament, Maharashtra Legislative Assembly and Maharashtra Legislative Council.
3. Vehicles carrying Ex-Members of Maharashtra Legislative Assembly, Maharashtra Legislative Council and Parliament.
4. Buses of the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (ST).
5. School Buses.
6. State and Central Government Vehicles.
7. Defence Vehicles.
8. Police Department Vehicles.
9. Post and Telegraph Department Vehicles.
10. Ambulances.
11. Horses.
12. Fire Fighting Vehicles.
3. The above mentioned rates of toll shall be displayed on boards clearly visible to the people in the vicinity of the Toll Station. A receipt shall be passed on each and every occasion of recovery of toll.
4. Electronic Display Board shall be installed in vicinity of toll collection centre.
६ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग चार-ब, माच्ष २९, २०२३/चैत्र ८, शके १९४५Notes.— Concessions in rates of toll are as given below, namely :—
(i) 10 per cent. rebate will be given to the purchase of booklet containing 50 coupons in advance.
(ii) 20 per cent. rebate will be given to the purchase of a booklet containing 100 coupons in advance.
(iii) For frequently travelling vehicles return and daily pass will be 1.5 times and 2.5 times of their respective one way travel rates. Return journey pass and daily pass will be valid up to 12-00 hours at midnight for the day of issuing the pass.
(iv) Rate of monthly pass will be 50 times of their respective one way travel rates.
