Modification Under Section 37(1) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.
No. NPW-Plann.-D-14-3872-2023.—
Whereas, Development Plan of Washim (2nd Revised) has been sanctioned by Govt. of Maharashtra State, TPS No. 4115-179-CR-206(A)-2015-UD-30, dated 12th September, 2016 and came into force with effect from 6th Novermber, 2016 for the public interest.
And whereas, the Municipal Council, Washim has decided some modification in the sanctioned 2nd revised development plan Washim as follows.
In the said Development Plan, S. No. 118, 133 S. S. No. 5085 (areas of 9263 sqm) is included as Industrial Zone and Municipal Council, Washim vide resolution dated 27th March 2023 has decided to make Modification in Develop- ment Plan and proposed that the abovesaid land of Sheet No. 118, 133 C. T. S. No. 5085 (area of 9263 sqm) shall deleted from Industrial Zone and to be included in Commercial Zone.
And whereas, the plan of the proposed Modification has been kept in the office of the Municipal Council, Washim for inspection of the public during office hours.
Now therefore, anyh person having objection for suggestion regarding proposed modification may communicate in writing to the Municipal Council, Washim within one month from the date of publication of this Gazette Notification. It shall be considered by the Municipal Council, Washim before submitting the proposal of modification to Government for sanction.
