क्रमांक पीएमसी-२०२२/प्र.क्र.४६८/नवि-२२.—महाराष्ट्र महानगरपावलका अविवनयम, १९४९ (१९४९ चा ५९) यांच्या कलम ३ चे पोट-कलम (३) चे खंड (अ) मध्ये प्राप्त अविकारानुसार महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्ारे, पुणे महानगरपावलकेच्या सीमांमध्ये फेरफार करण्याच्या उद्ेशाने उक्त कलम ३ च्या पोट-कलम (४) मिील तरतुदीनुसार आिश्यक असल्याप्रमाणे, यामुळे बािीत होण्याचा संभि असणाऱ्या व्यक्तींना सुवचत करण्याकररता खालील अविसूचनेचा मसूदा प्रवसद्ध करीत असून, याद्ारे सूचना देण्यात येत आहे की, महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्रात प्रवसद्ध झाल्याच्या वदनांकापासून तीस वदिसांचा कालािी संपल्यानंतर विचारात घेईल.
२. उक्त मसुद्ाबाबत िरील कालािीत वजल्हाविकारी, पुणे यांना कोणत्याही व्यक्तीकडून प्राप्त होणाऱ्या हरकती ि सुचनांिर शासनाकडून विचार करण्यात येईल.

क्र.पीएमसी-२०२२/प्र.क्र.४६८/नवि-२२.—ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र महानगरपावलका अविवनयम, १९४९ यांच्या कलम ३ चे पोट-कलम (३) चे खंड (अ) मध्ये प्राप्त अविकारानुसार महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र, असािारण, भाग एक अ-मध्य उप विभाग येर्े शासन अविसूचना क्रमांक पीएमसी-२०२२/प्र.क्र.४६८/नवि-२२, वदनांक ३१ माच्च, २०२३ प्रवसद्ध केली असून महाराष्ट्र शासनाने पुणे महानगरपावलकेच्या सीमांमध्ये फेरफार करण्याचा आवण िगळलेल्या क्ेत्ासाठी नगरपररषद स्र्ापन करण्याचा आपला इरादा जाहीर केला होता ;

भाग एक-अ (म.उ.वि.)-२३–१२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग एक-अ–मध्य उप-विभाग, मार्ष ३१, २०२३/र्ैत्र १०, शके १९४५ आवण ज्याअर्थी, उक्त अविसूचनेच्या अनुषंगाने त्यामध्ये नमूद कालािीत प्राप्त हरकती ि सूचनांचा शासनाने विचार केला आहे ;
आवण ज्याअर्थी, भारताचे संवि ानाच्या अनुच्छेद २४३ र् च्या खंड (२) मध्ये नमूद केलेल्या बाबी विचारात घेता पुणे महानगरपावलकेच्या सीमांमध्ये फेरफार करणे क्रमप्राप्त आहे ;
त्याअर्थी, आता महाराष्ट्र महानगरपावलका अविवनयम, १९४९ (१९४९ चा ५९) यांच्या कलम ३ चे पोट-कलम (३) चे खंड (अ) अन्िये प्रदान केलेल्या अविकाराचा ि त्याबाबतीत समर्चन करणाऱ्या इतर सि्च अविकारांचा िापर करून महाराष्ट्र शासन, पुणे महानगरपावलका यांच्याशी सल्लामसलत करून ि उक्त कलम ३ चे पोट-कलम (४) नुसार आिश्यक असल्याप्रमाणे पूि्चप्रवसध्दी केल्यानंतर, यासोबत जोडलेल्या अनुसूची-एक मध्ये विवनवद्चष्टट केलेले क् ेत् पुणे महानगरपावलका क्ेत्ातून िगळण्यासाठी पुणे महानगरपावलकेच्या सीमांमध्ये फेरफार करीत आहे. अनुसूची-एक मध्ये विवनवद्चष्टट क्ेत् िगळल्यानंतर पुणे महानगरपावलकेसाठी घवटत केलेल्या पुणे महानगरपावलकेची सुिाररत हद् अनुसूची - दोन मध्ये विवनवद्चष्टट केल्याप्रमाणे असेल :—

फुरसु ंगी : स. नं. १९३, १९२ पै, १९४ ि १९५ पै, (कचरा डेपो) चे क्ेत् िगळून गािठाणासह संपूण्च महसुली गािाचे क्ेत्.
उरुळी देिाची : स. नं. ३०, ३१, ि ३२ पै, (कचरा डेपो) चे क्ेत् िगळून गािठाणासह संपूण्च महसुली गािाचे क्ेत्.

Maharashtra Municipal corporation act, 1949.
No.PMC-2022/C.R.468/UD-22.—The following draft of Notification, which the Government of Maharashtra propose to issue, in exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, 1949 (LIX of 1949), with a view of alter the limits of the Municipal Corporation of the city of Pune is hereby published, as required by sub-section (4) of said section 3, for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby; and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration by the Government of Maharashtra, after expiry of a period of thirty days from the date of its publication in the Maharashtra Government Gazette.
2. Any Objections and suggestions which may be received by the Collector, District Pune from any person with respect to the said draft within the aforesaid period will be considered by the Government.
DRAFT NOTIFICATION
No. PMC-2022/C.R.468/UD-22.—Whereas, by the Government Notification Urban Development Department No. PMC-2022/C.R.468/UD-22, Dated the 31st March, 2023 published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Extraordinary Part-1-A Central Sub Division, had announced its intention to issue a notification in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, 1949 (LIX of 1949) with a view to alter the limits of the Municipal Corporation of the City of Pune, and to constitute of Municipal Council for the local area excluded from the larger urban area of the said Municipal Corporation.
And whereas, the objections and suggestions received pursuant to the said Notification within the period mentioned therein have been considered by the Government;
And whereas, having regard to the factors mentioned in clause (2) of article 243-Q of the Constitution of India, it is expedient to alter the limits of the Municipal Corporation of the City of Pune;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporations Act, 1949 (LIX of 1949), and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra after consultation with the Municipal Corporation of the City of Pune and after previous publication as required by sub-section (4) of the said section 3, hereby, alters the limits of Municipal Corporation of City of Pune so as to exclude therein the areas specified in Schedule I appended hereto. The revised boundaries Municipal Corporation of the city of Pune for which the Municipal Corporation of the City of Pune has been constituted, after exclusion of the area specified in Schedule I, shall be such as specified in Schedule II appended hereto.

क्रमांक एमयुएन-२०२३/प्र.क्र.१८/नवि-१८.—महाराष्ट्र नगरपररषदा, नगरपंचायती ि औद्ोवगक नगरी अविवनयम, १९६५ (१९६५ चा महा.४०) (यात यापुढे ज्याचा उल्लेख "उक्त अविवनयम" असा करण्यात आला आहे) याच्या कलम ३ चे पोट-कलम (२), ंगी ि उरुळी देिाची गािाचे स्र्ावनक क्ेत्, लहान नागरी (२ क) ि (३) यांच्या तरतुदीनुसार, महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्ारे पुणे वजल्ह्ातील फुरसु क्ेत् म्हणून विवनवद्चष्टट करण्यासाठी आवण उक्त क्ेत्ासाठी "फुरसु ंगी- उरुळी देिाची नगरपररषद" या नािाने नगरपररषद गठीत करण्याच्या दृष्टटीने, उक्त अविवनयमाचे कलम ३ चे पोट-कलम (२), (२ क) ि (३) याव्दारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अविकारांचा िापर करून, अविसूचना काढण्याचा आपला हेतू घोवषत करीत असून वतचा मसुदा यासोबत जोडला आहे.
२. उक्त उद्घोषणेला आक्ेप घेणाऱ्या कोणत्याही व्यक्तीने, ही उद्घोषणा महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या राजपत्रात प्रवसद्ध झाल्याच्या वदनांकापासून तीस वदिसांच्या कालािीत वजल्हाविकारी, पुणे यांच्याकडे त्यांची लेखी कारणे सादर करणे आिश्यक असेल.
३. उक्त कालािीमध्ये वमळालेल्या अशा कोणत्याही आक्ेपािर शासनाकडून विचार करण्यात येईल.

आवण ज्याअर्थी, उक्त उद्घोषणेमध्ये नमूद कालािीत वजल्हाविकारी, पुणे यांच्याकडे प्राप्त झालेल्या आक्ेपांचा शासनाने विचार केला आहे ;
आवण ज्याअर्थी, भारताचे संविानाच्या अनुच्छेद २४३-र् च्या खंड (२) मध्ये नमूद केलेल्या बाबी विचारात घेऊन महाराष्ट्र शासनाला, यासोबत जोडलेल्या अनुसूची "अ" मध्ये अविक तपवशलिारपणे िण्चन केलेले उक्त स्र्ावनक क्ेत् हे लहान नागरी क्ेत् म्हणून विवनवद्चष्टट करणे इष्टट िाटते.
त्याअर्थी, आता, उक्त अविवनयमाच्या कलम ३ चे पोट-कलम (२), (२ क) ि (३) अन्िये प्रदान केलेल्या अविकारांचा िापर करून उक्त स्र्ावनक क्ेत् हे लहान नागरी क्ेत् म्हणून विवनवद्चष्टट करीत असून, त्याकररता उक्त अविवनयमाचे कलम ३ चे पोट-कलम ंगी-उरुळी देिाची नगरपररषद" या नािाने एक नगरपररषद गठीत करीत आहे. No. MUN-2023/C.R.18/UD-18.—In pursuance of the provisions of sub-sections (2) (2A) and (3) of section 3 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 (Mah. XL of 1965) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), the Government of Maharashtra hereby announces its intension to issue a notification in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2), (2A) and (3) of section 3 of the said Act, with a view to specified the local area of Fursungi and Uruli Devachi villages in Pune District being an smaller area and constitute a Municipal Council by the name of "Fursungi-Uruli Devachi Municipal Council" for the said smaller urban area.
2. Any person who entertains any objections to the said Proclamation is hereby required to submit the same in writing with the reasons therefore to the Collector, District Pune within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this proclamation in the Maharashtra Government Gazette.
3. Any such objection which may be received during the said period will be considered by the Government.

No. MUN-2023/C.R.18/UD-18.—Whereas, by the Government Proclamation, Urban Development Department No. MUN-2023/C.R.18/UD-18, Mantralaya, Mumbai 400 032, dated the 31st March 2023 issued in pursuance of the provisions of sub-sections (2), (2A) and (3) of section 3 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 (Mah. XL of 1965) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), the Government of Maharashtra had invited objections to its proposal to issue a notification under sub-sections (2), (2A) and (3) of section 3 of the said Act, to specify the local area Fursungi and Uruli Devachi villages in Pune District, being a smaller urban area and to constitute a Municipal Council by the name of the Fursungi-Uruli Devachi Municipal Council for the said smaller urban area ;
And, whereas objections and suggestions so received by the Collector, District Pune, pursuant to the said Proclamation have been duly considered by Government of Maharashtra ;
And whereas, having regard to the factors mentioned in clause (2) of article 243-Q of the Constitution of India, the Government of Maharashtra considers it expedient to specify the said local area, more particularly described in Schedule "A" appended hereto, to be a smaller urban area ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (2), (2A) and (3) of section 3 of the said Act, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby specifies the said local area to be a smaller urban area for which there shall be constituted a Municipal Council as provided in sub-sections (2), (2A) and (3) of section 3 of the said Act, by the name of the Fursungi-Uruli Devachi Municipal Council. The boundaries of the said smaller urban area shall be such as are specified in Schedule "B" appended hereto.
