NOTIFICATION
NANDED SIKH GURUDWARA SACHKHAND SHRI HAZUR APCHALNAGAR SAHIB ACT, 1956.
No. GUR/2022/C.R.108/J-7(A).—Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has, vide Government Notification, Revenue and Forests Department, No. GUR/2022/C.R.108/J-7(A), dated the 29th June, 2022 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Notification"), issued in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 53 of the Nanded Sikh Gurudwara Sachkhand Shri Hazur Apchalnagar Sahib Act, 1956 (Hyd. Act No. XXXVII of 1956), superseded the Nanded Sikh Gurudwara Sachkhand Shri Hazur Apchalnagar Sahib Board for a period of six months from the date of publication of the said notification in the Maharashtra Government Gazette or till the formation of a new Board, whichever is earlier, and directed that, all the powers and duties which may, by or under the provisions of the said Act, be exercised or performed by or on behalf of the said Board shall, during the period of supersession be exercised and performed by Dr. P. S. Pasricha, I.P.S. (Retd.) ;
२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग चार-अ, मार्च ३१, २०२३/चैत्र १०, शके १९४५And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra considers it expedient to extend the above referred period of nine months of supersession of the said Board by further period of four months and also to direct that all such powers and duties of the said Board shall, during further period of supersession be exercised and performed by Dr. P. S. Pasricha, I. P. S. (Retd.) ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 53 of the Nanded Sikh Gurudwara Sachkhand Shri Hazur Apchalnagar Sahib Act, 1956 (Hyd. Act No. XXXVII of 1956), read with section 21 of the Maharashtra General Clauses Act (1 of 1904), the Government of Maharashtra, for the aforesaid purposes, hereby amends the said Notification, as follows :—
In the said Notification, in paragraph number 3 in sub-paragraph number (1), for the words "for a period of nine months" the words "for a period of thirteen months" shall be substituted.
