जाहीर सूचना
क्रमांक टीपी/१२०/२९/०३/२०२३.--ज्याअर्थी, पुणे महानगरपालिकेने महाराष्ट्र प्रादेशिक नियोजन व नगर रचना अधिनियम, १९६६ (यापुढे उक्त अधिनियम असे उल्लेखिलेले) चे कलम ६० (१) अन्वये असलेल्या अधिकारांचा वापर करून पुणे महानगरपालिका हद्दीतील क्षेत्रापैकी नकाशात दर्शविलेल्या क्षेत्रासाठी, नगर रचना परियोजना क्रमांक १०, ुरसुंगी तयार करावयाचा इरादा, दिनांक १० मार्च २०२२ च्या सर्वसाधारण सभा ठराव क्रमांक १००३ अन्वये जाहीर केलेला असून, त्यासंबंधीची उदघोषणा महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्रात दिनांक ९ एप्रिल २०२२ रोजी पृष्ठे १ ते २ वर तसेच दैनिक सकाळ व टाईम्स ऑ इंडिया ९ एप्रिल २०२२ रोजी प्रसिद्ध झालेल्या आहेत ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम ६१ (१) मध्ये विहित केल्यानुसार महानगरपालिकेत उक्त प्रारूप नगर रचना योजना तयार करून, इरादा प्रसिद्ध केल्याच्या तारखेपासून नऊ महिन्यांच्या कालमर्यादेत म्हणजे दिनांक ९ डिसेंबर २०२२ पयत (ठरावापासून ९ महिन्यात) प्रसिद्ध करणे जरूरीचे आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, शासकीय अधिसूचना, नगर विकास विभाग क्रमांक टीपीएस-१८१३/३२११/प्र.क्र.-५०८/नवि-१३, दिनांक १ डिसेंबर २०१६ अनुसार प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकाराचा वापर करून सहसंचालक, नगर रचना, पुणे विभाग, पुणे यांनी उक्त अधिनियमांचे कलम ६१ (३) अनुसार, उक्त योजना तयार करून नोटिस प्रसिद्ध करण्याची मुदत पत्र क्रमांक जा. क्र. प्रा.न.र.यो. क्र. ुरसुंगी क्रमांक १०/मुदतवाढ/कलम ६१/सहसंपुवि/०८, दिनांक ३ जानेवारी २०२३ अन्वये मुदतवाढ दिली आहे, तसेच पुन्हा पत्र जा. क्रमांक प्रा. न.र.यो.क्र. ुरसुंगी क्र. १०/मुदतवाढ/कलम ६१/सहसंपुवी/ ३५७, दिनांक २८ मार्च २०२३ अन्वये -१९ महामारीचा ताळेबंदीचा कालावधी विचारात घेऊन दिनांक ३१ मार्च २०२३ पयत मुदतवाढ देण्यात आलेली आहे ;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, पुणे महानगरपालिकेने नगर रचना परियोजना क्रमांक १० ुरसुंगी तयार करण्यासाठी उक्त अधिनियमांच्या तरतुदींनुसार जे करावयास पाहिजे होते ते सर्व करून, नगर रचना परियोजना क्रमांक १० ुरसुंगी योजना आता पुणे महानगरपालिकेने तयार केलेली आहे.
त्याअर्थी, आता उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम ६१ (१) व त्याखालील नियमानुसार सूचना करण्यात येत आहे की, सदर नगर रचना परियोजना क्रमांक १० ुरसुंगी, दिनांक २९ मार्च २०२३ रोजीच्या सर्वसाधारण सभेचा ठराव क्रमांक ४४५ अन्वये महानगरपालिकेत प्रसिद्ध करण्यास मान्यता दिलेली आहे.

एच-४३७, भाग एक-असा. (पु.वि.पु.)--- ३२ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र, भाग एक-असाधारण -- पुणे विभागीय पुरवणी, ३१ मार्च २०२३ / चैत्र १०, शके १९४५ नगर रचना परियोजना क्रमांक १० ुरसुंगी योजनेचे नकाशे व अहवाल नगर रचना परियोजना कक्ष, रूम क्रमांक ३०६, तिसरा मजला, पुणे महानगरपालिका भवन, शिवाजीनगर, पुणे-४११ ००५ येथे कामकाजाच्या दिवशी कार्यालयीन वेळेत नागरिकांचे अवलोकनार्थ खुले ठेवण्यात आले आहे, तसेच सदर नगर रचना परियोजनेचे नकाशे व अहवालाची प्रत पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्या ... या संकेतस्थळावर उपलब्ध राहील.
तरी आता, वरील सूचना महाराष्ट्र शासनाचे राजपत्रात प्रसिद्ध झाल्याच्या दिनांकापासून ३० दिवसांच्या आत, नगर रचना परियोजना क्रमांक १० ुरसुंगी प्रसिद्ध केलेल्या योजनेमुळे बाधा पोहचलेल्या कोणत्याही इसमाने नगर रचना परियोजना क्रमांक १० ुरसुंगी या योजनेसंबंधी कोणताही लेखी आक्षेप (दोन प्रतीत) शहर अभियंता यांचे नावे शहर अभियंता कार्यालयात सादर करावे, म्हणजे नगर रचना परियोजना क्रमांक १० ुरसुंगी या योजना महानगरपालिकेत उक्त अधिनियमाचे कलम ६८ (१) च्या तरतुदींनुसार शासनास मंजुरीसाठी सादर करण्यापूर्वी उक्त अधिनियमाच्या कलम ६७ अनुसार योग्य त्याप्रमाणे त्यांचा विचार करण्यात येईल व आवश्यक तर नगर रचना परियोजना क्रमांक १० ुरसुंगी योजनेत ेरार करण्यात येईल, याची नागरिकांनी कृपया नोंद घ्यावी.

Notice under Section 61 (1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966
Public Notice
क्रमांक टीपी/१२०/२९/०३/२०२३.––Whereas the Pune Municipal Corporation, Pune in accordance with the provisions of Section 60 (1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act 1966. (Maharashtra Act no. XXXVII of 1966) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) declared its intention to prepare the Draft Town Planning Scheme Fursungi No. 10 vide it's General Body Resolution No.1003, dated 10th March 2022 and published a declaration to that effect in the Maharashtra Government Gazette Pune Division Supplement Part-I, dated 09th April 2022 at pages 1-2 and in the daily newspaper Dainik Sakal and The Times of India dated 09th April 2022;
And whereas in accordance with the provisions of Section 61(1) of the said Act the Pune Municipal Corporation has to prepare and publish the said scheme within a period of nine months from the date of declaration of intention to prepare the scheme. i.e. on or before 09th December 2022;
And whereas in accordance with the provisions of Section 61(3) of the said Act, the Joint Director of Town Planning, Pune Division Pune, in exercise of the powers delegated to him under Government Notification in Urban Development Department No. TPS - 1813/3211/CR-508/UD-13, dated 01st December 2016, has further extended time period upto 31st March 2023, by vide his order No. (1) D.TPS No. 10 Fursungi /Extn/Section 61/JDTP/08 dated, 03rd January 2023 and order no. (2) D.TPS No. 10 Fursungi / Extn/Section 61/JDTP/357 dated, 28th March 2023, until covid-19 pandemic ends, for preparing the said scheme and publishing a notice regarding its preparation;
And whereas the Pune Municipal Corporation has now prepared the Draft Town Planning Scheme No. 10 Fursungi (hereinafter referred to as the said draft scheme) in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and rules framed thereunder;
Now, therefore, under the provisions of Section 61(1) of the said Act, the Pune Municipal Corporation General Body vide its Resolution No. 445, dated 29th March 2023 has given the sanction to publish the said draft schemes;
महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र, भाग एक-असाधारण -- पुणे विभागीय पुरवणी, ३१ मार्च २०२३ / चैत्र १०, शके १९४५ ३A copy of the said draft scheme and plans thereof are kept open for inspection by the public during office hours on all working days at Town Planning Scheme Cell, room No. 306, third floor, Pune Municipal Corporation, Shivajinagar, Pune-411005. A copy of the plan and scheme book of the said scheme or part thereof can be obtained from website- www.pmc.gov.in;
In accordance with the provisions of Section 67 of the said Act, if within thirty days from the date of publication of this notice in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, any person affected by the Draft Town Planning Scheme No. 10 Fursungi communicates in writing (in duplicate) any objections relating to the said scheme to the City Engineer, Pune Municipal Corporation shall consider the same and modify the said draft schemes as it thinks fit, before submitting the said draft schemes under Section 68 (1) of the said Act, to the Government for sanction.
