Publication of list of Changes in Draft Development plan of Umarkhed u/s 28(4) of Maharashtra Regional
and Town Planning Act, 1966
NOTICE
No. MCU-PD- 01-2023-24.—
Whereas, Municipal Council, Umarkhed, Dist. Yavatmal being Planning Authority, has published Draft Develop- ment Plan of Umarkhed (Original Limit Second Revision) u/s 26(1) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. vide Notice dated 05th October 2022 in daily news paper " Vidarbha Matadar" and "The Indian Express" and in Maharashtra Government Gazette Amravati Divisional Supplement Part I-A, Dated 13-19 October 2022 for inviting suggestions/ objections from public.
And whereas, after considering the suggestions/ objections to the said plan received within stipulated period, the Planning Committee constituted, u/s 28(4) of the said Act, has submitted its report to the Planning Authority on 17th Febuary, 2023.
And whereas, the said Planning Authority after considering the report submitted by Planning Committee partly accepted it and also suggested modifications in it and passed Resolution of Administrator and Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Umarkhed, Dated 20th February, 2023 to make modifications to the said plan and to submit the said plan for sanction to the Government u/s 30 of the said Act.
And whereas, it is necessary to publish the said modifications made in the said plan for inspection of the public as per Section 28 (4) of the said Act.
Now, therefore the list of modifications made u/s 28(4) of the said Act, by the said Planning Authority, is hereby públished as Appendix-A as per provision of the said Act for information of the public. The said Draft Development Plan showing the modifications is kept open for the inspection of the public in the following offices, on working days, during Office hours for the period of 30 days.
