Read.— (i) High Court Notification No. PL(APP)/Steno/2019/1860, dated 2nd April 2019, in respect of appointment of Miss Ashwini Hulgoji Gajakosh as Personal Assistant, on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, on probation for a period of two years.
(ii) High Court Notification No. PL(APP)/PROB./GR.A/54/2022, dated 5th January 2022 thereby extending probation period of Miss Gajakosh due to her unsatisfactory performance during the probation period.
No. PL (APP)/PROB./GR.A/2905/2023-2400.—The probation period of Miss Ashwini Hulgoji Gajakosh, Personal Assistant, High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, is further extended by six months i.e. till the date mentioned against her name in Col. No. 6, due to her leave record.

(ii) High Court Notification No. PL(APP)/Steno/2019/1860, dated 2nd April 2019, in respect of appointment of Shri Tauseef Laeeque Farroqui, as Personal Assistant, on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, on probation for a period of two years.
(iii) High Court Notification No. PL(APP)/PROB./GR.A/53/2022, dated 5th January 2022 thereby extending probation period of Smt. Kale, Yelkar and Shri Farroqui due to their leave record during the probation period.
No. PL(APP)/PROB./GR.A/2904/2023-2397.—The following Personal Assistants have completed their probation period satisfactorily and they are continued on an officiating basis as Personal Assistant, with effect from the date mentioned against their names in Col. No. 6.

No. Exam. 1101/2023.—The Lower and the Higher Standard Departmental Examination of the staff of the District Court Judiciary in the state of Maharashtra for the year 2023, will be held on Saturday, 8th July 2023 and Sunday, 9th July 2023 from 11-00 a.m. to 2-00 p.m. and from 3-00 p.m. to 6-00 p.m.
