BY IN-CHARGE JOINT DIRECTOR OF TOWN PLANNING
ADDENDUM
No. Section 20 (3) and 37(1) joint Section 154-JDTPN-419—
Directives u/s 154 with Section 20 (3) and Section 37 (1) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter referred as 'the said Act') has been issued by Govt. in Urban Development Depart- ment vide its Resolution No. TPS-1822-C. No. 04-2022-UD-13; dated 2nd June 2022 to add new provision in Regulation No. 2.1.2 of Unified Development Control and Promotion Regulations (UDCPR) for the imple- mentation of Agro Tourism Policy of the State. And directives are issued to all Divisional Joint Director of Town Planning to process for above modification u/s. 20 (3) of the said Act, vide the same resolution dated 2nd June 2022.
With regard to above directives notice is publised in Maharashtra Govt. Gazette dated 22nd August 2022 Extra-Ordinary-Part-1-A Nagpur Division Supplementry (Page No. 1 to 3)
As per the Govt. Directives dated 2nd June 2022 suggestions/objections are invited in writing from the citizens regarding proposed modification u/s. 20(3) of the said Act within the period of 30 days from dated of notice published in Maharashtra Govt. Gazette.
The suggestions/objections shall be addressed to the Joint Director of Town Planning, Nagpur Divi- sion, nagpur, Old Secretariate Building, Room No. 108, 109, Civil Lines, Nagpur; 440001.
The proposed modification is kept open for inspection to the public during office hours on all working days for a period of one month in the following offices :—
(1) Collector, Nagpur.
(2) Joint Director of Town Planning, Nagpur Division, Nagpur.
(3) Assistant Director of Town Planning, Nagpur Branch, Nagpur.
