क्रमांक आयडीसी २०१९/(रि.क्र.४५५)/उ-१४.—महाराष्ट्र औद्योदगक दिकास अदिदनयम, १९६१ (१९६२ चा महा तीन) चे कलम १ पयोट-कलम (३) अन्िये रिदान केलेल्या शक्तीचा िापर करून महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्ारे या सयोबत जयोडण्यात आलेले अनुसुदचत उल्लेखलेल्या मौजे शहाबाझ, तालुका अदलबाग, दजल्हा रायगड येथील क्ेत्ात अदिदनयमाचे रिकरण ६ च्या तारखेस अंमलात येईल ती तारीख १३ एदरिल,२०२३ म्हणून दनयुक्त करीत आहे ि उक्त क्ेत् हे उक्त अदिदनयमाच्या कलम २ खंड (ग) अन्िये औद्योदगक क्ेत् म्हणून जाहीर करीत आहे.

उक्त क्ेत् मुख्य काय्गकारी अदिकारी, म.औ.दि. महामंडळ, अंिेरी पूि्ग, मु ंबई ४०००९३ आदण उप दिभागीय अदिकारी, अदलबाग, तालुका अदलबाग, दजल्हा रायगड यांच्या काया्गलयात ठेिलेल्या नकाशात लाल रंगाने जास्त स्पष्टटपणे दाखदिले आहे आदण सयोबतच्या अनुसुदचत दश्गदिल्यारिमाणे चतु:सीमा आहेत :—

NOTIFICATION

Maharashtra IndustrIal developMent act, 1961.

No. IDC 2019/(C.R. 455)/Ind 14.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 (Mah. III of 1962), the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints 13th April 2023 to be the date from which the provisions of Chapter VI of the said Act shall take effect in certain areas of Village Shahbaz in Taluka Alibaug of District Raigad mentioned in the Schedule appended hereto and declares the said area to be an industrial area under clause (g) of section 2 of the said Act, for the purposes of the said Act.

The said area is more clearly defined in red in the map deposited in the offices of the Chief Executive Officer, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation, Andheri (East), Mumbai 400 093 and the Sub Divisional Officer, Alibaug, Taluka Alibaug, District Raigad and is bounded by the area as indicated in the said schedule :—

क्रमांक आयडीसी - २०१९/रि.क्र.४५५/उद्योग १४.—ज्याअथथी, महाराष्ट्र औद्योदगक दिकास अदिदनयम, १९६१ (सन १९६२ चा महाराष्ट्र तीन) यांच्या कलम १, पयोट-कलम (३) अन्िये करण्यात आलेली ि महाराष्ट्र शासन असािारण राजपत्र, भाग चार-ब, ददनांक १२-१८ सप्टेंबर, २०१९ पृष्टठ क्ररं. २१ ते ६० िर रिदसद्ध करण्यात आलेली महाराष्ट्र शासनाचे उद्योग, ऊजा्ग ि कामगार दिभागाचे क्र.आयडीसी-२०१९/(रि.क्र.४५५) उद्योग-१४, ददनांक ११ सप्टेंबर, २०१९ अन्िये उपरयोक्त अदिदनयमाच्या रिकरण सहाचे उपबंि हे त्या अदिसूचनेत नमूद केलेले मौजे शहापूर, तालुका अदलबाग, दजल्हा रायगड येथील क्ेत्ास ददनांक ११ सप्टेंबर, २०१९ या तारखेपासून लागू करणेत आलेल्या आहेत. ि उक्त क्ेत् हे उक्त अदिदनयमाच्या कलम २ खंड (ग) अन्िये, "औद्योदगक क्ेत्", म्हणून जाहीर केलेले आहे ;

आदण ज्याअथथी, उपरयोक्त अनुसुचीमध्ये जाहीर केलेल्या जदमनी त्याभागात समादिष्टट आहे. (यापुढे याचा उल्लेख "उक्त जमीन" असा करण्यात येईल.);

आदण, ज्याअथथी, महाराष्ट्र औद्योदगक दिकास महामंडळाकररता उक्त जदमनी औद्योदगक क्ेत् म्हणून दिकासासाठी या जागेची आिश्यकता असल्याचे राज्य शासनाचे मत आहे ;

आदण, ज्याअथथी, उक्त जदमनीच्या जमीन मालकांचे ि त्यात दहतसंबंि असलेल्या र्यक्तींचे म्हणणे अदिदनयमांच्या कलम ३२ चे पयोट-कलम (२) रिमाणे ऐकूण घेतलेले आहे. ि त्यानुसार महाराष्ट्र शासनाने या कलमाच्या ३२ चे पयोट-कलम (१) च्या अनुषंगाने उक्त जमीन संपादन करण्याचा दनण्गय घेतला आहे .

त्याअथथी, महाराष्ट्र औद्योदगक दिकास अदिदनयम, १९६१ चे कलम ३२(१) चा िापर करून सदर जदमनी उपरयोक्त कारणासाठी संपाददत केल्या असल्याबद्दलची ही नयोटीस महाराष्ट्र शासन या कलमा अन्िये रिाप्त अदिकारांचा िापर करून रिदसद्ध करीत आहे.

Maharashtra IndustrIal developMent act, 1961.

No. IDC 2019/(C.R.455)/IND 14.–Whereas, by Government of Maharashtra has by the Government Notification, Industries, Energy and Labour Department, No. IDC 2019/(C.R.455)/IND 14, dated the 11th September 2019, issued under sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 (Mah. III of 1962) (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"), and published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Extraordinary, Part IV-B, dated 12-18th September 2019, on pages 71 to 109 notified the 11th September 2019 to be the date from which the provisions of Chapter VI of the said Act, shall take effect in certain areas of village, 'Shahapur' in Taluka, 'Alibaug', District, "Raigad", mentioned in the Schedule appended to the said notification (hereinafter referred to as "the said area") and declared the said area as an industrial area under clause (g) of section 2 of the said Act for the purposes of the said Act ;

And whereas, the lands mentioned in the Schedule appended hereto (hereinafter referred to as "the said lands") are situated in the said areas ;

And whereas, the State Government is of the opinion that the said lands are required by the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation for development as an Industrial Area ;

And whereas, after considering the cause shown by the owners in the said lands and by other persons interested therein and after giving such owners and person an opportunity of being heard in pursuance of notice issued under sub-section (2) of section 32 of the said Act, the Government of Maharashtra has decided to acquire the said lands in pursuance of the said section(1) of section 32.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 32 of the said Act, the Government of Maharashtra hereby publishes this notice for acquiring the said lands for the purpose aforesaid.
