क्रमांक न्या्यस्था-०६१९/३३४/रि.क्र.१०८/का्या्गसन-११.—महाराष्ट्र ददवाणी न्या्याल्य अदिदन्यम (१८६९ चा १४) ्याच्या कलम २१, २२अ व २३ ्यांद्ारे रिदान केलेल्या अदिकारांचा आदण ्याबाबतीत त्यास सम्थ्ग करणाऱ्या इतर सव्ग अदिकारांचा वापर करून आदण त्याबाबतीत, ्यापूववी काढलेल्या इतर सव्ग अदिसूचना, जे्थवर त्या नादिक दजल्हा न्या्याल्यास दुय्यम असलेल्या नादिक दजल्ह्ातील ददवाणी न्या्यािीि, वररष्ट्ठ स्तर, इगतपुरी ्यांच्या न्या्याल्यािी संबंदित असतील ते्थवर, त्यांमध्ये अंितः फेरबदल करून, महाराष्ट्र िासन, ्याद्ारे, असे दनदेि देत आहे की, ददनांक २२ एदरिल, २०२३ पासून—

(क) नादिक दजल्ह्ातील इगतपुरी ्ये्थे, दजल्हा न्या्याल्य, नादिक ्यास दुय्यम असलेले एक ददवाणी न्या्याल्य असेल;

(ख) ददवाणी न्या्यािीि, वररष्ट्ठ स्तर हे उक्त न्या्याल्याचे पी्ठासीन अदिकारी असतील आदण ते नादिक दजल्ह्ातील इगतपुरी ्ये्थे त्यांचे न्या्याल्य भरवतील आदण ;

(ग) ददवाणी न्या्यािीि, वररष्ट्ठ स्तर, इगतपुरी, नादिक ्यांच्या सव्गसािारण अदिकाररतेच्या स्थादनक सीमांमध्ये, नादिक दजल्ह्ातील इगतपुरी ्या महसुली तालुक्याचा समावेि असेल आदण जे तालुके ्यापूववी ददवाणी न्या्यािीि, वररष्ट्ठ स्तर, नादिक ्यांच्या सव्गसािारण अदिकाररतेच्या स्थादनक सीमांमध्ये समादवष्ट्ट होते ते तालुके त्यामिून वगळण्यात ्येतील.

Maharashtra Civil Courts aCt.

No. NYAYASTHA-0619/334/C.R.108/DESK-11.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 21, 22A and 23 of the Maharashtra Civil Courts Act (XIV of 1869), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in partial modification of all the earlier notifications issued in this behalf, in so far as they relate to the court of Civil Judge, Senior Division , Igatpuri in Nashik District Sub- ordinate to the District Court of Nashik, the Government of Maharashtra, hereby directs that, with effect from 22nd April,2023,––

(a) there shall be a Civil Court at Igatpuri in Nashik District sub-ordinate to the District Court, Nashik ;

(b) the said Court shall be presided over by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, who shall hold his Court at Igatpuri in Nashik District and ;

(c) the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Igatpuri, Nashik, shall comprise of the local limits of the Revenue Tehsil of Igatpuri in Nashik District and the said tehsil which was heretofore included within the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of the Civil Judge, Senior Division, at Nashik shall be excluded therefrom.

No. NYAYASTHA-0619/334/C.R.108/DESK-11.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 3 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (25 of 1955), in its application to the State of Maharashtra, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf and in partial modification of all the earlier notifications issued in this behalf, in so far as they relates to the Revenue Tehsil of Igatpuri in Nashik District, the Government of Maharashtra hereby, with effect from 22nd April 2023, specifies the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Igatpuri, in Nashik District as having jurisdiction in respect of the matters to be dealt with under the said Act within the local limits of ordinary and special jurisdiction of the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Igatpuri established under the Maharashtra Civil Courts Act ( XIV of 1869)
