महाराष्ट्र औद्ोप्गक प्वकास अप्धप्नयम, १९६१.
ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र राज्याचे औद्ोवगक िोरण, २०१३ हे राज्य शासनाच्या उद्ोग, ऊर्ाजा ि कामगार विभागाने वदनांक २२ फेब्रुिारी २०१३ ची अविसूचना क्रमांक आय.आय.ए. पॉवलसी २०१०/प्.क्र.७६८/उद्ोग-२ अन्िये घोवित केले आहे. (यापूढे "उक्त िोरण" असे नमूद केले आहे);
आवण ज्याअर्थी, राज्य शासनाचे महाराष्ट्र औद्ोवगक विकास महामंडळास कमीत कमी ४० हे. इतके क्ेत्र र्मीन संपादन अविवनयम, १८९४ ि महाराष्ट्र औद्ोवगक विकास अविवनयम, १९६१ या िोरणातील अविसूची "अ" मिील पररच्छेद -४ (अ) ि ४(ब) मध्ये सरुिाररत बदलानरुसार र्मीन संपादन न करता अशा खार्गी क्ेत्रािर "एकात्ममक औद्ोवगक क्ेत्र" विकवसत करण्याची योर्ना राबविण्याचा वनणजाय महाराष्ट्र शासनाने घेतला आहे;
आवण ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र औद्ोवगक विकास अविवनयम, १९६१ चे कलम ४३ (१ ब) नरुसार महामंडळ कोण्मयाही औद्ोवगक क्ेत्राला राजपत्रातील अविसूचनेद्ारे "एकात्ममक औद्ोवगक क्ेत्र" म्हणून अविसूवचत करेल. तद्नंतर अशा एकात्ममक औद्ोवगक क्ेत्रासाठी महामंडळ "विशेि वनयोर्न प्ाविकरण" म्हणून महाराष्ट्र प्ादेवशक ि नगररचना अविवनयम, १९६६ च्या कलम ११५ (३) अन्िये काम करेल;
आवण ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शासनाने उद्ोग, ऊर्ाजा ि कामगार विभागाने ्मयांची अविसूचना क्र. आयडीसी-२०२०/प्.क.५१/उद्ोग-१४, वदनांक ६ फेब्रुिारी २०२० अन्िये मौर्े तळिली तफफे सोनाळे, ता. वभिंडी, वर्. ठाणे येर्ील ३६.०५० हे.आर. क्ेत्र महाराष्ट्र औद्ोवगक विकास अविवनयम, १९६१ चे कलम २ (खंड ग) "औद्ोवगक क्ेत्र" म्हणून र्ाहीर केले आहे;

आवण ज्याअर्थी, मे. सरुप्ीम इंफ्ास्ट्रक्चर इंवडया वल. आवण मे. ई.एसआर वभिंडी इंडत्स्ट्रयल पाक्क प्ा. वल., ह्ांनी महाराष्ट्र औद्ोवगक विकास महामंडळाकडे सदरील क्ेत्राचा प्ारुप विकास आराखडा मंर्रुरीस्टति सादर केला आहे.आवण ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र प्ादेवशक ि नगररचना अविवनयम, १९६६ कलम १५५ अन्िये उक्त एकवत्रत क्ेत्राचा प्ारुप विकास आराखडा मंर्ूर करण्याआिी नागररकांकडून सूचना/ हरकती मागविण्याकररता नोटीस प्वसद्ध करणे आिश्यक आहे;
्मयाअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र औद्ोवगक विकास महामंडळ उक्त प्ारुप विकास आराखड्ाची नोटीस उक्त अविवनयम अन्िये नागररकांकडून सूचना/ हरकती मागविण्याकररता महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या राजपत्रात सदर नोटीस प्वसद्ध करीत आहे. उक्त नोटीसीची प्त ि एकात्ममक औद्ोवगक क्ेत्राचा प्ारुप विकास आराखडा हा या नोटीसचा भाग समर्ण्यात यािा. सदरील नोटीस ही महाराष्ट्र औद्ोवगक विकास महामंडळाच्या www.midcindia.org या संकेतस्टर्ळािर उपलब्ि राहील. तसेच वनयोर्न प्स्टताि दशजाविणारा प्ारुप विकास आराखडा नागररकांच्या अिलोकनार्जा महाराष्ट्र औद्ोवगक विकास महामंडळाच्या खालील कायाजालयामध्ये कायाजालयीन िेळेत पाहण्यासाठी उपलब्ि राहील :—

उक्त प्ारुप विकास आराखड्ासंबंिी नागररकांच्या काही सूचना/हरकती असल्यास ्मयांनी ही नोटीस महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या राजपत्रात प्वसध्द झाल्याच्या वदनांकापासून १० वदिसांच्या आत मरुख्य वनयोर्क, मऔविम यांच्या कायाजालयात खालील वठकाणी लेखी स्टिरुपात पाठिाव्यात. मरुख्य वनयोर्क, महाराष्ट्र औद्ोवगक विकास महामंडळ, पाचिा स्टतर, उद्ोग सारर्ी, महाकाली गरु ंफा, मरोळ औद्ोवगक िसाहत, अंिेरी (पूिजा), मरु ंबई ४०० ०९३. विवहत मरुदतीत आलेल्या हरकती/ सूचना विचार करून शासन मान्यतेसाठी सादर करण्यात येईल. विवहत मरुदतीनंतर प्ाप्त होणाऱ्या हरकती/ सूचनांचा विचार केला र्ाणार नाही.

Maharashtra IndustrIal developMent act, 1961.
Whereas, Maharashtra Industrial Policy, 2013, has been published by Government of Maharashtra, Industries, Energy and Labour Department vide its notification No. III-Policy 2010/ C.R. 768/ Industry– 2, dated the 22nd February 2013 (Hereinafter referred as "the said Policy");
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has decided to implement the scheme of developing Integrated Industrial Areas on private lands admeasuring at least 40 Ha. not acquired under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 or Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961, in accordance with para 4 (a) and 4 (b) of the Schedule-A appended to the said policy;
And whereas, as per section 43 (1B) of Maharashtra Industrial Development Act,1961, that subject to the general or specific directions of the State Government, the Corporation may, by notification in the Official Gazette, notify any industrial area as the 'Integrated Industrial Area' and upon such notification, the Corporation shall become the 'Special Planning Authority' for such 'Integrated Industrial Area' under the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966;
And whereas, vide its, Notification No.IDC2020/(CR51)/IND-14, dated 6th February 2020 of Industries Energy and Labour Department, Government of Maharashtra declared 36.050 Ha. area of Village Talawali Tarf Sonale, Tal. Bhiwandi, Dist. Thane to be an 'Industrial Area' under clause (g) of section 2 of Maharashtra Development Act, 1961 ;
And whereas, vide Notification No.MIDC/IIA/A03131/2021, dated the 9th February 2021 of Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation declared 36.050 Ha. Area at Village Talawali Tarf Sonale, Tal. Bhiwandi, Dist. Thane to be an 'Integrated Industrial Area' under clause (1B) of Sec. 43 of Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 which is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette on dated the 9th February 2021;
And whereas, M/s. Supreme Infrastructure India Ltd. and M/s. ESR Bhiwandi Industrial Park Pvt. Ltd. made an application requesting Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation to approve their Proposed Draft Master Plan area admeasuring 36.050 Ha. of notified 'Integrated Industrial Area' in Village Talawali Tarf Sonale, Tal. Bhiwandi, Dist. Thane ;
And whereas, as provided in Section 115 read with 40(3)(d) of the Maharashtra Regional Town Planning Act, 1966, it is necessary to publish the Draft Master Plan for inviting suggestions and objections from the citizen.
Therefore, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation hereby publishes the Notice in Government Gazette for Draft Master Plan for inviting suggestion/objections from citizen. The copy of this notice and proposed Draft Master Plan of notified Integrated Industrial Area shall form part of this notice. The notice is made available on the website of MIDC i.e www.midcindia.org. The Proposed Draft Master Plan of the Notified Integrated Industrial Area is kept open for citizen's inspection during office hours at the following office :—

४ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र असाधारण भाग दोन, एप्रिल २७, २०२३/वैशाख ७, शके १९४५The Suggestions/objections if any, in writing shall be submitted to the Chief Planner of Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation, Udyog Sarathi, Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri, Mumbai 400 093 within the period of 10 days from the date of publication of the Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette. Suggestions/objections received within stipulated period of 10 days from the date of publication of the Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette shall only be considered.
