Shri Prakash Maruti Hilage as '' Special Public Prosecutor '' for conducting the Special POCSO Case bearing No 22/2020 pending before Additional Sessions Court, Gadhinglaj, District Kolhapur which is arising out of C.R. No. 335/2020 registered at Chandgad Police Station, District Kolhapur.

2. His appointment is strictly subject to the conditions of service laid down in the Maharashtra Law Officers (Appointment, Condition of Service and Remuneration) Rules, 1984.

3. Lump sum fees of Rs. 25,000 (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) as quoted by Advocate Shri Prakash Maruti Hilage has been already deposited by the applicant Shri Sanjay Ramkrushna Patil to the Government vide R.B.I. Challan No. 506, dated 10th April 2023. The amount will be paid to Advocate Shri Prakash Maruti Hilage after completion of the case.

No.I/220/2009 registered at Nerul Police Station, Navi Mumbai District Thane.

2. Her appointment is strictly subject to the conditions of service laid down in the Maharashtra Law Officers (Appointment, Condition of Service and Remuneration) Rules, 1984.

3. Lump sum fees of Rs. 20,000 (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only ) as quoted by Advocate Smt. Nayantara Vinayak Rao has been already deposited by the applicant Shri Prakash P.
