महाराष्ट्र कामगार संघांना मान्यता देण्याबाबत आकण अनुकचत कामगार प्थांना प्कतबंध करण्याबाबत अकधकनयम, १९७१.
क्र. युएलपी-२०२३/प्र.क्र.३७/कामगार-३.— उपरोक्त संिदभ्च्त अदिसू्चनेस अनुसरून महाराष्ट्र कामगार संघांना मान्य्ता िेण्याबाब्त आदि अनुद्च्त कामगार प्रथांना प्रद्तबंि करण्याबाब्त अदिदनयम, १९७१ (१९७२ ्चा एक) च्या कलम ६ अन्वये प्रिान करण्या्त आलेल्या अदिकारां्चा ्वापर करून, महाराष्ट्र शासन याद्ारे खाली नमूि न्यादयक अदिकाऱ्या्ची न्यायािीश, कामगार न्यायालय या पिा्वर पुढीलप्रमािे दनयुक्ती करी्त आहे :—

NOTIFICATION
Maharashtra recognition of trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair LaboUr Practices act, 1971.
No. ULP- 2023/ CR- 37/Labour-3.— With reference to the above mentioned notification, the Government of Maharashtra, hereby appoint the following Judicial Officer as Judge of Labour Court in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971 ( 1 of 1972).
