Whereas, Development Plan of Akot Municipal Council has been sanctioned by Government of Maharashtra through Urban Development Department vide it's letter No. TPS-2518-1392-Case No. 118- 2018, Dated 03rd December 2018 and letter No. TPS-2519-1227-Case No. 99-2019-E.P.-UD-30, Dated 08th April 2022.

And whereas, Planning Authority i.e. Municipal Council, Akot has now decided to make modifica- tion in the aforesaid sanctioned Development Plan of Akot in respect of the purpose as per Municipal Resolution as mentioned in following chart.

And Whereas, the plan showing the proposed modification is kept open in the office of Akot Municipal Council during office hour for inspection to public.

Therefore, under Section 37 of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 it's hereby notified that any person having objection or suggestion regarding the proposed modification may communicate the same in writing to the Akot Municipal Council office within a period of not more than one month from the date of publication of this notice in the Maharashtra Government Gazette.

The objections shall be considered by the Planning Authority before submitting the proposal to the Government for sanction.

In exercise of the powers conferred on him by Order No. SEC-NP-2022-C.R.06-Desk-06, Dated 22-02-2022 & Order No. SEC-NP-2022-C.R.06-Desk-06, Dated 06-05-2022 & Order No. SEC-NP-2022- C.R.02-Desk-06, Dated 09-06-2022 of the Secretary, State Election Commissioner, Maharashtra, the draft order, fixing the number of seats to be elected and extent of wards into which the said Nagar Parishad area of Nagar Parishad, Washim is to be divided and wards reserved for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, as the case may be, as shown in the Schedule to the Order draft order bearing No. Desk-13-AK(ADS)-WS-307-2022, Dt. 14-06-2022 was published as required by the provision to sub-sec- tion (1) of Section 10 of Maharashtra Municipal Council, Nagar Parishad and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 for information of residents of Washim, Nagar Parishad.

In exercise of the powers conferred on him by Order No. SEC-NP-2022-C.R.06-Desk-06, Dated 22-02- 2022 & Order No. SEC-NP-2022-C.R.06-Desk-06, Dated 06-05-2022 & Order No. SEC-NP-2022-C.R.02- Desk-06, Dated 09-06-2022 of the Secretary, State Election Commissioner, Maharashtra, the draft or- der, fixing the number of seats to be elected and extent of wards in to which the said Nagar Parishad area of Nagar Parishad, Karnja is to be divided and wards reserved for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, as the case may be, as shown in the Schedule to the Order draft order bearing No. Desk-13- AK(ADS)-WS-307-2022, Dt. 14-06-2022 was published as required by the provision to sub-section (1) of Section 10 of Maharashtra Municipal Council, Nagar Parishad and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 for information of residents of Karnja, Nagar Parishad.

After carefully considering the objections are received by me in respect of the said draft order, I, the, Collector of Washim District in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the said Act, hereby make the following Order namely.—

In exercise of the powers conferred on him by Order No. SEC-NP-2022-C.R.06-Desk-06, Dated 22-02- 2022 & Order No. SEC-NP-2022-C.R.06-Desk-06, Dated 06-05-2022 & Order No. SEC-NP-2022-C.R.02- Desk-06, Dated 09-06-2022 of the Secretary, State Election Commissioner, Maharashtra, the draft order, fixing the number of seats to be elected and extent of wards in to which the said Nagar Parishad area of Nagar Parishad, Mangrulpir is to be divided and wards reserved for Scheduled Castes, Sched- uled Tribes, as the case may be, as shown in the Schedule to the order draft order bearings No. Desk-13- AK(ADS)-WS-307-2022, Dt. 14-06-2022 was published as required by the provision to sub-section (1) of Section 10 of Maharashtra Municipal Council, Nagar Parishad and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 for information of residents of Mangrulpir, Nagar Parishad.
