अटी.---
(१) वसुली अधिकारी यांनी महाराष्ट्र सहकारी संस्था अधिनियम, १९६० चे कलम १५६ व नियम, १९६१ चे नियम १०७ मधील तरतुदीनुसार कर्जवसुलीची कार्यवाही करावी. कर्ज वसुली करताना सहकार कायदा, नियम यातील तरतुदी व परिपत्रकीय सूचनांचे पालन न केल्याचे निदर्शनास आल्यास आवश्यक ती चौकशी करून आवश्यकता भासल्यास सदरचे प्रदान केलेले अधिकार तात्काळ काढून घेण्यात येतील.
(२) सदरचे अधिकार सहकार कायदा कलम १०१, व कलम ९८ अन्वये प्राप्त वसुली दाखल्याची अंमलबजावणी करण्याकरिता असतील.
(३) वसुली अधिकारी यांनी या कार्यालयाने दिनांक ३१ ऑक्टोबर २०१८ रोजी निर्गमित केलेल्या परिपत्रकानुसार दरमाह विहीत नमुन्यात कर्ज वसुलीची माहिती जिल्हा उप निबंधक, सहकारी संस्था, (२) मुंबई यांना सादर करावी.
(४) वसुली अधिकार प्रदान केलेल्या व्यक्तीची बदली झाल्यास किंवा सदर व्यक्ती सेवानिवृत्ती झाल्यास किंवा सदर व्यक्तीस सेवेतून काढून टाकल्यास किंवा त्याचा मृत्यू झाल्यास, अशा अधिकायास प्रदान केलेले अधिकार आपोआप रद्द होतील.
(५) वसुली अधिकारी यांनी नमूद केलेल्या कालावधीत वसुलीचे कामकाज समाधानकारक केले नसल्याचे निदर्शनास आल्यास किंवा प्रदान केलेल्या अधिकाराचा गैरवापर करीत असल्याचे निर्दशनास आल्यास, प्रदान केलेले अधिकार काढून घेतले जातील व भविष्यात असे कोणतेही अधिकार अशा व्यक्तीस प्रदान करण्यात येणार नाहीत.
(६) शासन निर्णय क्रमांक संकीर्ण-१५०४/प्र.क्र. २३१/१५-स, दिनांक २३ नोव्हेंबर २००६ अन्वये वसुली अधिकायांना तीन सिंहाच्या राजमुद्रेचा वापर करता येणार नाही.
(७) वसुली अधिकायांस त्यांच्या नावापुढे कोठेही ""महाराष्ट्र शासन नियुक्त"" आणि किंवा ""सिव्हील कोर्ट"", ""एक्झीक्युटीव्ह कोर्ट"" या शब्दांचा अथवा तत्सम शब्दांचा वापर करता येणार नाही. त्याऐवजी वसुली अधिकायांनी त्यांच्या नावापुढे वसुली अधिकारी (महाराष्ट्र सहकारी संस्था अधिनियम, १९६० व नियम, १९६१ चे कलम १०७ अन्वये) असे लिहावे.
(८) वसुली अधिकायास वसुलीसाठी वापर करण्यात येणाया वाहनावर ""वसुली अधिकारी, दि कुर्ला नागरिक सहकारी बँक लि., मुंबई "" असा फलक लावता येईल.
३ महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र, भाग एक--मध्य उप-विभाग, गुुरुवार ते बुधवार, मे २५-३१, २०२३/ज्येष्ठ ४-१०, शके १९४५(९) वसुली अधिकायाने पगार जप्तीची कार्यवाही करताना कर्जदाराच्या/जामिनदाराच्या पगार कपातीबाबत राष्ट्रीयीकृत बँका वा अन्य बँका यांच्याकडे परस्पर वेतन कपातीचा आदेश देऊन परस्पर पगार कपात करता येणार नाही. संबंधित कर्जदार/जामिनदार ज्या आस्थापनेवर काम करीत आहे त्या आस्थापनेवरील आहरण व संवितरण अधिकारी/पगार करणारा अधिकारी यांचेमार्फत पगारातून कर्ज वसूल करण्याची कार्यवाही करावी.
(१०) वसुली अधिकायास, थकबाकीदाराकडून वसुली दाखल्यानुसार वसूलपात्र रक्कम व या कार्यालयाचे कलम १५६ आणि त्याखालील नियम १०७ अन्वये आदेश दिनांक ६ एप्रिल २०१८ मध्ये नमूद केल्याप्रमाणे व दराने अंमलबाजवणी खर्चाची रक्कम याशिवाय इतर कोणतीही रक्कम वसूल करता येणार नाही.
(११) या कार्यालयाचे दिनांक ३१ ऑक्टोबर २०१८ रोजीच्या परिपत्रकीय सुचनांचे वसुली अधिकारी यांनी तंतोतंत पालन करावे. बँकेचे मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी यांनी दरमहा वसुली अधिकायांचे कामकाजाचा कर्जदारनिहाय आढावा परिपत्रकातील प्रपत्र पाच मध्ये नमूद केल्याप्रमाणे घ्यावा.
(१२) वसुली अधिकारी यांनी निर्गमित करावयाच्या नोटीस/आदेश/घोषणा यामध्ये त्यांना अधिकार प्रदान केलेल्या या आदेशाचा संदर्भ नमूद करावा. वसूल अधिकारी यांनी नोटीसा बजावताना नोटीसीमध्ये त्यांचे नाव, पदनाम व भ्रमणदुरध्वनी क्रमांक नमूद करणे आवश्यक आहे.

२. उपरोक्त अधिकायांना राजपत्रित अधिकायाकरिता विहित असलेली मराठी भाषा व हिंदी भाषा परीक्षा उर्त्तीण केलेली आहे / उर्त्तीर्ण होण्यातून सुट देण्यात आली आहे. या अधिकायांना शासकीय अधिकायांकरिता विहित केलेली विभागीय लेखा परीक्षा व संगणक अर्हात परीक्षा उर्त्तीण केली आहे. त्यांचा परिविक्षा कालावधीतील गोपनीय अभिलेख व कामाचा मुल्यनिर्धारण अहवाल चांगला आहे. त्यांचे विरुद्ध कोणतीही विभागीय चौकशी प्रस्तावित / प्रलंबित नाही.

विभाग प्रमुख आणि इतर सर्व संबंधित अधिकारी यांना कळविण्यात येते की, राजपत्रित अधिकायांच्या रजा, बदल्या,
नेमणुका, शक्ती आणि त्यांच्या इतर वैयक्तिक बाबी यासंबंधीचे आदेश शासनाकडून राजपत्राच्या या भागात अधिसूचनांच्या
स्वरूपात प्रकाशित केले जातात ; त्यामुळे वरील बाबीसंबंधी सर्व संदर्भ निकालात निघाले आहेत असे समजण्यात यावे. अशा

उपरोक्त संदर्भाधीन क्रमांक १ येथील समक्रमांकाच्या दिनांक ३१ मार्च २०२१ च्या अधिसूचनेन्वये श्री. अजय अंबेकर, संचालक (माहिती) (प्रशासन) यांना त्यांच्याविरुद्ध प्राप्त तक्रारीच्या अनुषंगाने चौकशीमधील अंतिम निर्णयाच्या अधिनतेने दिनांक ३१ मार्च २०२१ (म.नं.) रोजी पासून शासकीय सेवेतून स्वेच्छासेेवानिवृत्त होण्यास अनुमती देण्यात आली होती. तद्नंतर उक्त संदर्भ क्रमांक २ येथील दिनांक २ ऑगस्ट २०२१ रोजीच्या अधिसूचनेन्वये दिनांक ३१ मार्च २०२१ रोजीच्या अधिसूचनेतील अट कायम ठेऊन श्री. अजय अंबेकर यांना दिनांक १ एप्रिल २०२१ (म.पू.) पासून शासकीय सेवेतून स्वेच्छा सेवानिवृत्त केलेले आहे.
