महाराष्ट्र खाजगरी सुरक्ा रक्क (नयोकररीचे कन्यमन व कल्याण) अकधकन्यम, १९८१.
क्र. संकीर्ग-२०२१/प्र.क्र.३०/काम-५.— ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र खाजगी सुरक्ा रक्क (नोकरीचे दनयमन व कल्यार्) अदिदनयम, १९८१ (१९८१ चा महा. ५८) च्या कलम ६ मिील तरतुदीस अनुसरून दवदिष्ट्ट अनुसूची नोकरीकरीता खालील तक्त्यात दि्गदवलेल्या रकाना (३) मिील नमूद सुरक्ा रक्क मंडळ घ्टीत करर्े अिक्य असल्याचे व मंडळावर सदस्यांचे नामदनददेिन करण्यास काही कालाविी लागर्ार असल्याचे, महाराष्ट्र िासनास ददसून येईल;
आदर् ज्याअर्थी, उक्त अदिदनयमाच्या कलम ६ अन्वये यर्ोदचतररत्या मंडळ गदित करण्यात येईल तोपययंत, पद िारर् करण्यास व अदिदनयमाद्ारे दकंवा तद्न्वये मंडळास प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या सव्ग अदिकारांचा वापर करण्यासािी आदर् त्यावर लादलेली कत्गव्य आदर् कामे पार पाडण्यासािी खालील तक्त्यातील रकाना (२) मध्ये दि्गदवलेल्या व्यक्तींची रकाना (३) मध्ये नमूद मंडळासमोर दनयुक्ती करण्याचे िरदवले आहे ;
आता त्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र खाजगी सुरक्ा रक्क (नोकरीचे दनयमन व कल्यार्) अदिदनयम, १९८१ चे कलम ७ चे पो्ट-कलम (१) अन्वये प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अदिकारांचा वापर करून, राज्य िासन याद्ारे उक्त अदिदनयमाच्या कलम ६ अन्वये यर्ोदचतररत्या मंडळ गदित होईपययंत, रकाना (२) मध्ये नमूद केलेल्या व्यक्तींची रकाना (३) मध्ये नमूद केलेल्या मंडळावर पद िारर् करण्यास व अदिदनयमाद्ारे दकंवा तद्न्वये मंडळास प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या सव्ग अदिकारांचा वापर करण्यासािी आदर् त्यावर लादलेली कत्गव्य आदर् कामे पार पाडण्यासािी, दनयुक्ती करत आहे.

NOTIFICATION
Maharashtra Private security Guards (reGulation of eMPloyMent and Welfare) act, 1981.
No. SANKIRN-2021/C.R.30/LAB-5.— Whereas, it appears to the Government of Maharashtra that it is unable to reconstitute the Board for certain scheduled employments mentioned in column (3) of the Schedule appended hereto in accordance with the provisions of section 6 of the Maharashtra Private Security Guards (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Act, 1981 (Mah. LVIII of 1981), as it will take some more time to nominate members on the said Board.
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has decided to appoint the persons mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule appended hereto against the said Board mentioned in column (3) thereof to hold office and exercise all the powers and perform and discharge all the duties and functions conferred and imposed upon the said Board, respectively, by or under the said Act until the said Board is duly reconstituted under section 6 of the said Act;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Maharashtra Private Security Guards (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Act, 1981 (Mah. LVIII of 1981), and in supersession of all earlier notifications issued in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the persons mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule appended hereto on the said Board mentioned in column (3) thereof to hold office and exercise all the powers and perform and discharge all the duties and functions conferred and imposed upon the said Board by or under the said Act until the said Board is duly reconstituted under section 6 of the said Act.
