Prevention of CorruPtion ACt, 1988.
No. SPC 1323/C.R.42/D-IX.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (Act 49 of 1988), the Government of Maharashtra, on recommendation of the Bombay High Court, hereby appoints Shri V. P. Desai and Shri S. U. Hake, Judge, City Civil Court & Additional Sessions Judge, Mumbai as Special Judges, in place of Shri A. S. Sayyad and Shri S. U. Wadgaonkar respectively, exclusively for the trial of cases filed under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, investigated by Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), w.e.f. 5th June, 2023.
