And whereas, the Corporation, after following due statutory procedure as outlined in the said Act, Sub- mitted Draft, Development plan for the Aurangabad Fringe Area on 2nd July 2014 and thereafter on 21st June 2016 to the State Government for sanction under sec- tion 30(1) of the said Act.

And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra, Urban Development Departmet vide Notification No. TPS-3014/419/CR-159(A)/2014/SM/UD-30 dated 8th November, 2017 accorded sanction to the Development Plan of Aurangabad Fringe Area, with Schedule of Modi- fications i.e. SCHEDULE-A, excluding the substantial modifications in SCHEDULE-B, attached to the said Notification, Some of the substantial modifications men- tioned in the said Schedule-B are yet to be sanctioned by the Government.
